We had a Honda CRV in mind and it was a tie between buying it at Zimmerman Honda or some dealership place in Maquoketa that I already forgot or care to remember. Aaron Miguel was a fascinating individual to work with and it was nice and rare to be treated like a human being and not some sales goal. He wasn't pushy at all like all other salesmen. I congratulate his free spirited-ness to the freedom that Zimmerman allows their salesmen to express. Aaron's theme is more about founding a stable relationship then "just don't let them leave without a car", which is unfortunately an ethic that has been infused in about every other car dealership. Aaron went out of his way to get us the best deal possible and the finance department was well informed and prepared. Zimmerman just got two new customers for life and your team (Aaron, Sean or Shawn, Luke) are the ones to thank. Aaron Miguel was very knowledgeable and not pushy - as we were not even looking and just happened to see the 2015 on the lot and went to ask more details about the vehicle. Aaaron Miguel was respectful when we told him the deal could not get done on the offers he presented. His last offer was something we were able to work with and were were happy with an upgrade that worked in our favor. We will not hesitate to make the trip back to Zimmerman for our future vehicle purchases. More

My search took me to Zimmerman Honda where I test drove several different vehicles, finally settling on the CRV based upon its safety ratings and gas mileage. Sales Consultant Aaron Miguel did an awesome job answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process. He even picked up my car personally after the sale to save me a trip to get the Surface Science application completed. His customer service is second to none.
