When we arrived at Paramount Kia today Jodi asked us to honestly tell her our wants, limits and needs. She was honest and straightforward in a kind but firm manner. That gained our trust in her. To learn through her that the company she represented and she were christian rooted, really got our attention. By the time we left with our brand new car, we had developed a relationship with she and Aaron Hill, which also took the time to get to know us as people of the community and tailor our contract to our personal needs. The practical need to make a sale is reality, but both invested much more in us than they had to for that. There was a distinct difference in our visit today than at a typical dealership. Came for used; left with new. I was interested in a "good" used car. I had purchased my previous used car from Paramount Kia, back in 2006, and have been totally pleased. Test dr I was interested in a "good" used car. I had purchased my previous used car from Paramount Kia, back in 2006, and have been totally pleased. Test drove a used car on Fri afternoon, with no interest in buying new, but after I test drove a 2017 Kia Forte, I was presented "an offer I couldn't refuse" LOL. The sales staff was great !! Loved the sense of humor of salesman and overall relaxed attitude. Not pushy or stiff :) Will gladly recommend !! More
