As soon as I arrived the the dealership Katja was so friendly and ready to help me find what I was looking for. Throughout the whole process Katja made sure I was getting the car I wanted. When I got to the finance department Amanda was on the same level of enthusiasm and commitment to helping me get the vehicle I want as Katja. I was able to get a great warranty with great monthly payments. Amanda was so personal and really helped me feel confident within her to help me really get the best deal for my vehicle. At the end of my visit Shauna came out and showed me all my new Kia Sorrento features (and there are a ton) and I feel so comfortable with my vehicle now. Everyone who helped me during this huge purchase was so friendly and I truly felt like I was being heard and helped throughout the process.
