Went shopping for a new Honda CRV EXL, got with A. J. Johnson with honda of Lincoln, he gave us a better trade in and lower price than the two omaha Honda dealers. Also explained how to operate our ne J. Johnson with honda of Lincoln, he gave us a better trade in and lower price than the two omaha Honda dealers. Also explained how to operate our new Honda better than the salesman of our past Honda purchase's in Omaha. Will definetly be going back if we wear this CRV out. We had wonderful customer experience with AJ in sales and Chad in financing. This is our first experience buying a newer Honda (husband was driving a ‘90 Accord sans muffler when we first met). I have driven Chad in financing. This is our first experience buying a newer Honda (husband was driving a ‘90 Accord sans muffler when we first met). I have driven Hyundai for 13+ years and lost faith in the brand and the local dealership. We are thrilled with our 2019 Honda Pilot and we look forward to enjoying it for years to come. We did opt to purchase the extended warranty and we are grateful for the peace of mind that comes with that package. AJ was warm and friendly and Chad was kind and knowledgeable. Plus Chad is super funny and relatable. We appreciated his obvious family values and feel like he went the extra mile to take care of us. We are so excited to be a part of the Honda family! More

Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, polite, upfront, and honest. We felt comfortable with the salespersons we worked with and felt confident they knew what they were doing. The background work on this vehicle was complete and so useful! we certainly feel like we got a vehicle that was in excellent condition. Wonderful Job, people!! More
