We did opt to purchase the extended warranty and we are grateful for the peace of mind that comes with that package. AJ was warm and friendly and Chad was kind and knowledgeable. We picked up our new Honda Pilot and traded in two CRVs all within about two hours, and the whole process could not have gone more smoothly. AJ did a fantastic job of leading my wife and I through the process, from the time he came to our home so we could deliver the two trade-ins to the dealership, my wife does not drive, to the time when our orientation to the new Pilot was complete and we were on our way back home.
