I was born in Silvis, Illinois and currently reside in Moline. I graduated form Rockridge High School on 2001. My appreciation for the automotive industry came as a young child with my family also being in the automotive industry. I began my career at Zimmerman as a lot porter in 2002, and in 2004 was promoted to an entry level technician in the service department. With years of experience as a used vehicle technician and associated training, I accepted a new position as a Service Advisor in 2012, and most recently service manager in 2021. It is my priority to ensure your vehicle is serviced accurately and timely to make your experience in Zimmerman service an excellent one. I am an avid Cubs and Bears fan who enjoys taking in a game or two when I can get away. I had been a loyal customer of this dealership, but no longer. I had service performed on my vehicle. They recommended the work, but the work did not fix the problem. I had to pay for a part that did n longer. I had service performed on my vehicle. They recommended the work, but the work did not fix the problem. I had to pay for a part that did not resolve the issue. Did not notify me of the issue before the work was initiated. Instead, waited until the part was installed, basically leaving me no options. Management was very unapologetic and uncooperative. Will never purchase or get a vehicle serviced there ever again. More

Ive been getting Hondas since 84. Been getting them from zimmerman Honda since 1995. Quite a few since then. Top notch Honda dealer, great salesmen, great management!! Have never got anything but a good deal from them, always treated well!!! With none of the usual B.S.!! Highly recommend them to all my family, friends, and basically anyone I know. Luiz Arango is one of a kind, immigrant from Cuba 30+ years ago. He knows his stuff, he knows Hondas, and he Loves America as we do. What more can you ask for??? Great dealership, Ill continue to come back for all my automotive needs. Cant say too much about them! Also, about Honda cars and Ridgelines, awesome vehicles!!!! Virtually no major issues since first Accord in 1984. Im a HONDA GUY FOR LIFE!!! More
