I learned so much about resale value and how the car loan process works and everything to do with buying a new car. My family has bought our last 6 vehicles from carter dodge and we will never go anywhere else. When my fiat (bought 2 years ago from carter) was stolen, carter was our first and only thought. I purchased a used car from the dealership remotely, whereas I was out of town and the deal was mostly done online. Sales team was great and we were able to get the deal done for the most part sight unseen. A test drive and final check and I found a great car. A car I loved. Due to unforeseen circumstance the car broke down but the dealership was honest and ethical in dealing with the outcome.
Mike Gignac the Owner|Partner was fair, direct and understanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a car from this dealership again, maybe just not a BMW sports car.

I bought a used Kia, everyone at this dealership is super friendly, I got a good deal, and had to have a spoiler replaced which they did free of charge, again super friendly at the body shop. Michael Fenwick was an excellent salesman, overall great experience.
Employee was abusing new Dodge Truck and road raging - In disbelief
Based on what I saw I will NEVER use this business. I witnessed a brand new Dodge truck being shuttled to their lot.. The driver was driving recklessly and aggressively by tailgating and honking his horn at slower drivers. The idiot even almost hit two cyclists as he/she sped off. After he/she had to stop for a light or sign he/she would rapidly accelerate like they drag racing. Maybe he was in a hurry to get this truck to the dealership for a customer? Be aware that if you buy a vehicle from them that there is the possibility of it being abused by the dealership staff.

The service department in this dealership is rude, useless, and arrogant.
I brought my brand new RAM Truck there to fix a cabin noise and was told to bring the vehicle to the dealership that I purchased it from. I am just glad that I didn't buy my truck from these people because not only their service department is nothing more than a waste of time, their vehicle prices are also extremely overpriced. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
