My first Mitsubishi was a 2015 RVR. The entire experience, purchasing and maintenance over the years, has been great. However, I no longer have my 2015 RVR...when we brought it in for a routine oil change they offered us such an amazing trade in on a new 2018 RVR we couldn't say no!
Horrible and Frustrating Experience - kohliatul09
I had an extremely horrible and frustrating experience with Mitsubishi Outlander, which I bought due to its so-called PHEV, AWD and lot of other features. But It proved to be a major disappointment. The vehicle has got manufacturing defects, beyond repair. In spite of taking vehicle to their service department several times, its problems still persist. Moreover, they chase you till the time of vehicle’s sale, thereafter, they even don’t bother to respond to your calls.
I will never recommend Mitsubishi vehicle to anyone. Better to use public transport rather to waste your money on their vehicles. Don’t forget you would be wasting your time too. If you still want to buy it, do it on your own risk and cost.
agree with PissOffCustomer - S
false info given. very misleading. employees are nice but will pressure you to purchase on the spot. staff are horrendous in customer service. always says they're busy. will only have time for you on the first time you're in the dealership. the business manager, ben is the worst! -- he will persuade you to get the xxxx protection plan but will get mad at you for trying to cancel it. save your time and go to another dealership!
