Paul supported me right to the end of my deal! - Shayne & Adele
Well I had done my research and found a vehicle I liked and the Dollars that I wanted to pay! As it turned out I stepped up to a new 2019 Cherokee Trailhawk Elite which my wife and I really liked after a few test drives. All the way through negotiations Paul stood behind us fighting for what we wanted and through in some nice add ons! This turned out to be more than what we expected and we felt we had indeed made a good deal.
A big plus was never once did they Paul or his associates make us feel that we were being unreasonable. And when we signed on the dotted line there were no surprises.
This was the second vehicle purchased at Great West Chrysler Jeep so I will no doubt return.

Great Used Car Experience. - rio1
I stopped by Crosstown May 04/19 on the way home from an uncomfortable experience at Great West Chrysler where their sales manager was intimidating and very high pressure. I dealt with Crosstown sales rep Dane Milnthorp and sales manager Doug. I told them firmly what I wanted in a vehicle, what models/year and my maximum price. I didn't have to sit and wait long for vehicle price confirmations, wasn't shown numerous cars I wasn't interested in or have to watch them play good cop, bad cop with me to get my price up. No games and I eventually got a nicely loaded 2018 Compass in the colour I like and in my price range. We love the car. Dane was personable, literally runs to accommodate you and he didn't try to push cars on us that we really didn't want. Doug the sales manager was really good too, not pushy and only came into the picture when needed to say yes or no to each of my bottom line offers until I got what I really wanted. Then met with finance/ warranty manage Moose who explained warranties but didn't push items that I wasn't interested in. Also dealt quickly with Ian in service who appears very accommodating. All sales staff were friendly too, even though I already had Dane working with me. This is the 5th vehicle my family purchased from Crosstown since 1984 and in the future plan to always give them a try first when vehicle shopping. Thanks guys!!!

Bait & Switch - MJ
Bait & Switch
My reason for this 1 star review is as follows:
May 2nd I contacted this dealership to seek preapproval for a Jeep, taking into consideration that I was trading in my Ford F150 that I have owned for 8 months and has under 5,000kms on it.
I was contacted by the salesman and after info was given a preapproval came through. At that time I made an appointment to go into the dealership. I am not one to waste my time or that of others, therefore the preapproval was key to my going in.
When I arrived one of the first things I did was grab a brochure they had for the upcoming Gladiator in 2020, as my man has interest in purchasing one.
My appointment went well, the salesman was super helpful. Once I left we texted back and forth for a couple of days while we hashed out a payment that would work within my budget. The final deal was for one of their fleet clearance vehicles, a brand new 2017 Jeep Sahara.
An appointment was made for me to come in at 9am May 18th for a test drive and signing off on papers. I was super excited and talked of little else. On Friday less then 24hours before my noted appointment I received a text while at work from the salesman informing me that he was forwarding me an email from his sales manager.
The email in short was rescinding the offer made and offering instead a lower end Jeep with less options then my truck has. The following is a copy and paste from that email.
"would result for a $14,350 loss to our company and that’s just a bit to aggressive. I am willing to loose max $8000 and place $2000 more then the trade is worth to make the deal go away". So he was willing to lose $10,000 in total but his bottom line that had him treat a client with such disregard was $4,350. He in his own words wanted to make the deal go away.
When I got that message at work Friday it truly ruined my day, I was crushed. It goes without saying that my man will not be coming to your dealership for the Gladiator. That said it would seem that you have no issues with losing one client so what's another right? Clearly honoring your word and client service are not high on your agenda.

New Caravan - Foxes
The overall experience was very good. The staff was attentive to our needs and when an issue was brought to their attention they would resolve it. But the whole process took long and we had to keep going back to fix issues they had previously overlooked, for example the first day we went to finalize our purchase we were there for 5 hours! With a baby in tow!. Also, the first courtesy car we were given was filthy!! Extremely filthy, lots of pet hair and it had a wet pet smell. I had to clean it to be able to use it on Sunday as we got it on Saturday.

Worst salesman ever - Lar123
Worst dealership experience ever. First impression was a dirty lot that was a hot mess. They had new vehicles mixed in with customers vehicles on the service side and it was impossible to know what was actually for sale. We went in on a customer appreciation weekend and as soon as we walked into the dealership it screamed scammy to me. It was dirty and unpleasant inside. Had we had a good sales man, i likely wouldnt have cared as much about that stuff but we had the worst sales man ive ever encountered, and the fact that the dealership allows the kind of behaviour thst this guy displayed, speaks to who they are as a dealership overall. Our salesman was AARON BOUVIER . I wouldn't say that he wasnt a nice person but he was incredibly obnoxious. My husband and i are a young couple and dont get me wrong, we swear and dont get offended by much, but literally every second word was the f word. The first 10 times I laughed and brushed it off but then it became uncomfortable when he continued. Then one of his coworkers beside him said something and when he walked away, Aaron called him a "xxxxing xxxxxx who has adhd and goes crazy when he doesnt take his meds." Shortly after, my husband pointed to another one of the salesmans who he thought he recognized and Aaron looked and said "oh that fat xxxx?" I wouldnt even say those things outside of work, let alone AT MY JOB. Completely unprofessional. Then Aaron asked us what kind of truck we wanted and what we absolutely did not want in a truck. We told him what we wanted and didnt want (we wanted a used ram, with an actual console in the middle, NOT a folding seat in the middle). We didn't think we were asking for much, its not like we were being incredibly picky. The first truck he showed us was brand new, was plain jane inside, with folding seat in middle. Complete opposite of what we asked for. We told him we didnt that but he told us we would love it and insisted we test drive it so we did. After this, we looked at one truck that we liked but had a huge dent in the back so we asked him if there wasnt anything comparable he could show us and his answer was "we have whatevers out there." Between the disaster of a parking lot and having several ram trucks, we werent going to look at every single truck and thats literally his job to show us what's available... finally he says he had found a truck he thinks we will like but said "this will be the last truck im showing you". If we are spending $35k plus on a truck, we should be able to look at more than 3 trucks. He showed us the truck he thought wed like, and from what we could see, we did like it, but the keys were "locked in service for the weekend" so we couldn't test drive it. We did like the truck so we told him that we would come back on monday when wed be able to test drive it and we apologized for wasting his time. He proceeded to argue with me about why we should just sign a contract on it "subject to test drive" and thst it would be checked by a mechnic, so "we shouldnt worry about that". After telling him no sorry we would like to test drive it first, he got pouty and rude and said "its okay, ive had people waste my time before but most of my customers arent as picky as you". We only looked at 3 trucks! Because of this guy, i will never return to this dealership.
