Very professional - dgairey
I found the salesperson (Mike Jarzabek) to be very professional. Not overbearing but very friendly and ready to listen to my requests for the vehicle I was looking for.

Purchased 5 vehicles over the years, worst service ever in 2019 as a women l ever received. Try to contact Joe Medina, Dealership Principal on several occasions who doesn’t respond back! My husband and l will never purchase another vehicle from this team again. It’s too bad they don’t care about long term customer and women consumers! Suzanne, St.Albert

Another good service experience at St.Albert Dodge - B.Raz
Hearing your jeep needs work is never a good thing. Took mine to St. Albert Dodge for a second opinion and estimate. Dan Gunderson was awesome to deal with. Answered all my concerns dealing with the repair issues, cost, timing etc. Everything went smoothly and best of all, no one tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Thanks Dan.

Great service, great staff and an overall great experience. Al Dewan is definitely the man to see if you're looking for a new vehicle! GM Husey Ishmal and financial master Jeremy Hamilton were able to make my experience a most enjoyable one. Way better than some of the other 'big guy' dealerships. 15/10 reccomend Capital Chrysler Jeep and Dodge to all looking for a great experience.
Read the reviews before going here. What a Micky mouse... - Jc.lee_
Read the reviews before going here. What a Micky mouse operation this place is.
Bought a brand new truck off their lot, signed the paperwork and then they told us we actually couldn’t buy that truck cause it was a “demo” which means they purchase trucks off their lot to make their quota every month.
They then worked on getting a truck delivered for us, truck arrived 3 days after ur was supposed to and it was NOT the truck we bought. It was a totally different model.
They then fixed/corrected what was not right on the truck & damaged it in the process.
We go back to get the damage they caused fixed. Truck sits there all day and when we come to pick up they proceed to tell us that they ordered THE WRONG COLOURED PART. Now they expect us to drive back to this dealership for a FITH time once they get this part corrected. Save yourself the headache and AVOID this dealership like the plague.
Awesome - Joseph
Jordan Gutman is an awesome guy to deal with, met and exceeded my expectations! Thanks for an excellent experience! Purchase was easy and quick, delivered to our door.

Went to purchase a new 2020 Dodge Ram 1500
Waiting to hear back from general manager !!!!
If I could give negative stars I would.
The new car sales manager is cocky and disrespectful and obviously doesn’t know how to do his job.
After sitting down with a sales associate going through the whole process of working out the deal, which was a pretty good experience we got down to financing.. this is were the deal went south fast.
They had all my information about the vehicle and what I owed on my Tacoma. The info was given prior before they came at me with 212 biweekly at 3.99% so I haggled a bit to try and get some more thrown into the deal they weren’t budging at all so I agreed to the 212 biweekly and was happy about my new purchase signed the sales agreement not just the back of the 4 line but the front of the agreement.
Sales associate sam comes back oh we made a mistake here’s the biweekly payment 375$ we didn’t factor in the buyout of the Tacoma.
I said well thanks but I’m not gonna pay that good day. Sam then asked me to wait which at this point I just wanted my keys to get out of the dealership. The sales manager comes out trying to explain that he screwed up and the payments are the payments.
I told him no thanks I’m out. I don’t like the games you’re playing. He then proceeded to say “you’re the one playing games with us, you never gave us the information on how much you owed on the Tacoma.” “I’d be stupid to walk away from this deal“ and “Good luck getting a truck” as he was walking away.
I told him thanks for showing me how you do business I’ll be writing a review ! I then asked to see the general manager and I’m still waiting to hear back from him. This happened at roughly 1pm December 27, 2019
I recommend staying away from these guys.

Worst car purchase experience EVER - gord.bosker
I was recently helping my daughter find a Jeep Patriot; after a short search we found one at South-town Chrysler. We agreed to a price and all seemed good. Several days later we returned to pick up the vehicle and met with our salesman (Ahman). We were left waiting for a few minutes and then a sales manager (??) by the name of Eddy showed up to say there was a problem with the loan application. My daughter is a recent university graduate about to start her first job.career as an RN, so admittedly her credit is quite new. I had told their finance manager (Heather Prato - a real piece of work, more on her later) that because her credit is new I'd be happy to co-sign the loan. My own credit is sold gold. Eddie specifically said that the bank (TD) would be more comfortable approving the loan if the collateral amount was higher - in other words...spend more money on an even newer vehicle. I was sort of stunned and upset by this; I've never heard of such a thing. Eddie left for a while and then came back and told us the real story...the vehicle had been double sold. This in spite of the fact that we had left a $500 deposit a few days earlier and had dealt with three different people there at the time of purchase. They are clearly clueless about their own operation and inventory. We were flat out LIED to. At this point I should have listened to my instincts and walked out the door. However they did have an alternative Jeep Patriot that was one year newer and lower mileage. After much discussion we agreed to take this Patriot instead at an additional cost of $500. Southtown agreed to repair some minor front fender damage and install an upgraded GPS/radio/screen to match it to the original Patriot we wanted to buy. On this point (although it took far too long to get the work done) we were ultimately satisfied. Which brings me to Heather Prato....pay close attention when you are dealing with her. Heather talked us into an extended warranty and Smart Care program, something I normally never do. But my daughter is moving out of the province and the peace of mind it brings seemed worth it. Especially when she told us the additional amount it would add to the monthly payment. It seemed reasonable and we went for it. . It turns out Heather lied to us...she got the final monthly payment amount right but gave us a false "before" payment amount. So the real cost is much higher. She also based our payments on 84 months when we CLEARLY told her 72 months. I will admit I was not at my best that day, that is entirely on me, should have reviewed the contract closer before signing. But she was completely unwilling to own up to her dishonesty and misrepresentation of the facts. I called her back the next morning but she ignored me until conveniently the contact had gone through with the bank. As I said WATCH this one. Sweet as honey but slippery as ice and a good example of why the used car industry has such a bad reputation. A snake oil salesman if I ever saw one. I did go back in person to complain and was eventually directed to Rob Horner (finance director); he did offer us some compensation and honestly was the only professional that we dealt with at Southtown. Sorry for the very long story but STAY AWAY FROM SOUTHTOWN. In particular Eddie and Heather.
