One of the best experiences I've had in purchasing a new vehicle. The sales manager Rod and Terry the salesman went above and beyond. I had been going there for servicing of my previous vehicle and the service department is great and very friendly. This a great dealership if you are looking to buy or just get servicing done on your existing vehicle.

Up until a couple years ago the service at this dealership absolutely stunk. They didn’t even have an after hour key drop off (had to leave keys at reception desk)!!!!
Every service trip was actually two trips 1)” yes there’s a problem” and 2) “appointment to FIX the problem “
They NEVER considered inconvenience. Then, a third time because they didn’t have parts and usually a fourth time to fix what they neglected to fix in last appointment.
Jury is still out because any service beats the BS they used to offer.

I don’t like going to buy vehicles as it’s normally stressful, high pressured and overwhelming. I’m so grateful this was not our experience at Crosstown. We were helped by Al Dewan to buy our used truck. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and didn’t use any pressure tactics. He took great care of us from start to finish. Then off to financing and to my surprise, again no stress. This was such a great experience I have been recommending others to go. Thanks Crosstown, we will be back for future purchases.

The reason I stopped by Capital Jeep Dodge was to get a washer nozzle replacement for my current Dodge. Upon arrival I was kindly greeted by one of their staff (Dhiraj) and the inquired what brought me in. Dhiraj brought me to the parts counter and kindly waited and asked if I was interested in trading my current Dodge. I noted there was a used model that caught my eye up in St. Albert and we both had a look at the info on Autotrader and he noted that they could transfer it here for a test drive.
I figured why not as it saves me the trip. Low and behold the vehicle was perfect! Both their sales and financing department were both kind, down to earth people more than happy to help to get me the best possible pricing.
The only item I would make a suggestion on would be during the customer satisfaction report at the end is that they cross check them, (as my vehicle was shipped in that’s what caused some minor confusion as the hard copies weren’t readily available) but all in all that’s pretty trivial considering as the paperwork was promised in 2 days and was provided as promised (Thanks Jeremy) it worked beautifully in the end.

A bit of a long review however this needs to be public knowledge. We recently bought a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel from them after spending 6 hours at the dealership on a Saturday waiting for the financing to go through my boyfriend who is a mechanic went to check to see if the truck already had the undercoating installed that had been offered to us. When he was looking under the truck he noticed some coolant he got back and mentioned it to the finance guy who talked to service and they said some must have been spilt during the inspection okay fair enough. We were assured time and time again that the truck was fully inspected. Well we go to pick up the truck on the following Monday we’re told we’re all good to go so we start the truck with the starter and it almost immediately shuts off. Turns out the safety shut off over rid the starter because there was no fuel in the truck. When the lady we dealt with in sales the truck threw a check engine light so they put in in the shop and found it was only a battery code from the truck being dead. We take the truck home and the next day my boyfriend finds where the coolant was coming from and fixed it himself and then a couple days later when we were driving a service electronic breaking message kept coming up and the cruise control would not work so we booked it in to be serviced. When we brought in the truck they got us to pull up to the door making it seem like the truck was going to be seen today like the lady I booked it with said they had time to do that Friday. We hung out in the city because we do not live close to the dealership and were called a few hours later saying the truck was not going to be seen until Monday to top it if they had no loaner vehicles and would not rent us anything to drive. The dealership reset the computer that was causing the problem and In the mean time they found a transmission leak that was missed by the first person who inspected the truck. We get the truck back and a day later it is doing something it wasn’t doing before the computer update the screen on the dash is flashing. Turns out it is the gauge cluster that they quoted us $1600 for and they will not do anything about it or for us. Not even an offer to cover the cost of labor which I have been informed by another dealership that it is only a 1 our job. Needless to say we do not recommend Southtown Chrysler to anyone as it has been an overall terrible experience from the time we signed the papers. Not only were major things over looked in their inspection they do not do anything to help out their customers. In the long run we were sold a truck that never should have passed an inspection. We were told that we’d be contacted about our experience and 3 weeks later still have not been. And to be clear Donovan in service was the only person who actually tried to help us out.

I would never buy anything at this dealership again, they do not treat you like a paying customer. They don't return your calls and change their story every 5 minutes. The salesmen know nothing about Dodge performance units. (i.e Challenger/ Charger) No compassion or care for their customers, after spending $200K on a brand new unit, they don't follow up or tell you what all has to be done with a unit or what can go wrong with a unit ahead of time. If it wasn't for another Dodge dealership; I would have been left out in the cold. Thank you Londerry Dodge for making it clear that I will never buy another vehicle from you again, and definitely never refer people to Londerry either!
