Henry at Universal Ford was very quick to respond to my inquiry of a used vehicle I had my eye on. The dealership was accomidating to my price range. Business was quick and complete.
Harrison and his team worked quickly to get ownership and insurance together and I left the dealership with my new (to me) Fiesta less than 3 days after my initial inquiry.
My only complaint would be that I found an earring in the overhead sun shield and that there was some kind of greasy residue on the centre consul. but both of those things are trivial - the vehicle works well and the customer service was great!!

Great experience! We had already been to two other dealerships in our quest for a new vehicle. So glad we took the time to visit Advantage Ford. From the get go, our sales rep, Dan, was amazing. They are not at all pushy yet extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We knew what we wanted and Dan helped us get it. When Dan introduced us to Theresa in finance, we knew we’d made the write choice. She was so great to work with. Overall, this will be my go to recommendation for anyone looking for a car. We can’t wait to pick up our new Ford Edge Sport!

Dealership removes the window stickers now I see, they to this to get you in the door. Supposedly they tell the customers it's a safety issue leaving the sticker on the window, well then put it on the back window. When I'm looking for a new truck I want to make sure it is comparable to the other trucks I look at, I also read in a Google review that this dealership charges for items that are Warranty, for example a skid plate that has fallen off somehow, yet the vehicle was well with in the warranty period.

Absolutely horrible experience with this dealership. Would NOT recommend . The communication is appalling . Not to mention the new vehicle was delivered with damages and of course couldn’t get ahold of anyone to assist me.
Will never be purchasing a vehicle here again.
