I highly recommend North Star Ford Calgary if you are looking to buy a vehicle. I bought a used vehicle from them and they are extremely courteous and professional. Everyone that I dealt with from the salesman (Ahmed) to the finance manager (Mike) and then the delivery coordinator (Tanya) were great. The communication was superb and all of my questions have been answered promptly. Regarding the vehicle itself, it is in amazing condition and it got detailed before delivery.

The team in the service department went above and beyond to find a problem with my vehicle, and to ensure I got to my appointments and safely home. I work in service and there is no better way to keep customers, coming back or referring than the service people who provide courteous and efficient service.
2 dozen + problems with new escape in 1 yr, No communication - MD
I’m very disappointed in my brand new 2019 Ford Escape, which I have had since the end of June 2019. My service advisor tried to be helpful with all the issues I have been having over the last year, but even they stopped responding. The communication with management has been poor and they often didn't respond for weeks, and now no one will do anything.
I bought a new escape after having a fantastic experience with my 2017 lease. My lease was up, and I wanted a vehicle I could trust since I am often driving long distances, alone and off the grid. This new vehicle has had problems since the first couple of weeks of owning it.
At this point, I have had over a dozen rentals, and many were Ford Escapes. In my immediate family, we have owned or leased six Ford’s, and they did not exhibit the same issues. I have spent a significant amount of time taking my vehicle in for service, which has cost me work and time in general. I do not think my SUV is safe, considering how many components have broken or appear to be installed incorrectly. The dealership has not been able to fix all the problems, and new ones just keep happening. I am incredibly disappointed that Ford sold me such a vehicle. The situation has been going on for over a year, and Ford has let me down.

If you take you vehicle in for service (other than a oil change) it will be hit or miss if the repair occurs. Just got home with a 2019 F350 with 13K on it, I had 4 items to repair, 2 of them were done correctly. I now have to make an appointment at another dealership to have them re fixed. Good thing its under warranty.

I bought a 2018 Ford Transit a couple weeks ago, arrived at home I realised that there is a huge bump on the roof. I made the deal by internet with a third parti, so we didn't see the truck before and no one told us about this issue. I didn't see the bump either when I picked up the truck because he makes 8.5 feet tall. It's a 1300$ paint job to fix it so we've tried several times to get an arrangement with finance manager Ron Hyska who closed the deal but there's nothing to do with him. Same thing with general manager Trevor Carson and general sales manager James Fyles.
Don't trust anybody there!
First Positive Service Experience With Ford - Trent
After some nightmare service experiences at the dealership where I bought my 2018 F150 from (Northstar) I decided to move dealerships. This time, i needed 2 major warranty items resolved as well as 2 recalls completed. I have to say, my experience couldn't have better. From my Service Tech Vanessa to the Service Manager Jason, everyone went out of their way to make sure i had what i needed. Communication through the whole process was excellent.
