I recently purchased a Ford Expedition from Advantage Ford. Anyone who is in the market for one of these knows how hard they can be to come by. Ryan went on the hunt for one and found us the perfect vehicle. It had everything we were looking for and it came in under our original budget! Once we decided to go ahead with the vehicle I sat down with Theresa to deal with the financials. She laid out a few options for us and was very clear with everything that was available to us. I truly felt like she had our family's best interests in mind. We chose a plan and everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. Dealership removes the window stickers now I see, they to this to get you in the door. Supposedly they tell the customers it's a safety issue leaving the sticker on the window, well then put it on the back window. When I'm looking for a new truck I want to make sure it is comparable to the other trucks I look at, I also read in a Google review that this dealership charges for items that are Warranty, for example a skid plate that has fallen off somehow, yet the vehicle was well with in the warranty period.

Very poor experience. Jillian Story was my product advisor. Tye Gugulyn was the sales manager. Amanda Carson was the finance manager.
I spent 4.5 hours at Maclin Ford and put $5000 on a 2020 F150. Jillian called me next evening to say that the tuck was no longer available. I drove to Maclin the next day and wanted to purchase another F150 when Tye told me it was sold. I requested my money back and Tye agreed to refund it remotely as his finance manager was busy. 4 days later Tye called to say truck was available again. I refused to do business with him so he said I had signed on a non refundable deposit. Left messages for Jill, Amanda and Tye with no return calls. Finally after speaking with James Fyles and Trever Carson I was able to get my $5000 back. Thank you to James and Trevor for taking my concern seriously. As a return customer I was very disappointed. Bought a new F150 in 2011 from Maclin.
