Service department does nothing for loyal customers - Mustang16
I had an question on warranty. Service did bare minimum and were going to overcharge me when warranty wasn't approved. Would not support a dealership like this again.

~ My experience with Oakwood Nissan was very poor from the service Advisor and the mechanic. I had front end work done on my 2010 Nissan Versa on July 5/17. They replace 2 coil springs and one right sway bar link on the front right side. I paid 169.48 for this job. I was put on the winter tires on Oct 28/17 then I notice the front sway bar link way hanging on by one bolt. I called the service manager Oct 30/17 I left 2 messages I still didn't get a call back. So, I called this number 306 664-16415 and I demanded they fix the car today it's unsafe It's my daughters car we live in Warman. She said ok bring it down. The service advisor was rude and argue with me that they fixed the rear not the front. I had to point on the bill it says front! Maybe, his glasses where dirty. (Lol) When I left the shop they didn't apologize to me or compensate me for my troubles. I will not own another Nissan. If your getting work done at Oakwood Nissan Please, check the mechanic work done on your car it's for your safety.

I changed from a North American brand that I had been loyal to for years but my loyalty didn't matter to "their" customer service department so I researched my vehicles and switched to Nissan and have NO REGRETS I bought my 2015 Murano new and follow the recommended maintenance schedule. I was first "given" to Corey as my service department rep when I had bought my vehicle and anytime I need anything I ask for him by name and he ALWAYS helps me and has come to know me. He works around my schedule for my convenience and ensures whatever needs to be done is done by the time promised (I work full time and have to pick my child up by a set time so working around my schedule is important to me - I am somewhat flexible but it's nice that they can "deliver" so I don't have to stress about missed work or kid pickup) He is professional and friendly ... complimentary car washes and the shuttle service are a definite perk but it's the customer service that will keep me loyal and makes the drop off and pick ups enjoyable.
Although I have only ever had Corey as my service rep the other men and women are always friendly and ask if they can assist me as soon as I come in.
