Excellent sales personel very straight forward, - old school 72
My son needed a vehicle, so on Dec 31 we purchased a used 2017 Kia Rio from Western Hyundai. A few days later we had to have something checked on veh. Unfortunately Hyundai does not do warranty work on Kia's, however we were informed that that they did do service work when we purchased the car. As we live out of town and our boy lives in Moose Jaw, taking the vehicle to Regina every time something went wrong was not going to work for us. I called DonLindsay our sales person and explained our problem, and came in to see him. Long story short we drove out with newer Huyndai and exchanged no further funds. Both Mr. Lindsay and Sales Manager Brad Bokinac, were very helpful in solving our problem. I was expecting the usual song and dance from a dealer, and was pleasantly surprised at the straight forwardness and helpfulness form these two gentlemen. Thank You

Liars racist and IGNORANT. - Reviewfriendly
Bought a $5000 quad, it needs allot of work done its been sitting since we bought it, they wont help out a cent! We gave up asking them for help along time ago cause they made excuses. They lied to us saying there was little work that needed to be done, meanwhile Its not driveable! They are also RACIST and ignorant. Many people who go to them also regret it. I dont recommend. Dont waste your time.
Felt like I was at a timeshare presentation - AcadiaGirl
My husband and I stopped in to look at a Santa Fe. I didn’t know for sure if it was what I wanted having not seen them since the redesign. We had to fill out paperwork and answer a million questions without even seeing a vehicle. I didn’t even care about a test drive, I just wanted to look inside one. Anyway, we played along. Finally, they pull up “the last one on the lot” and we look inside. I realized then I had wasted the last 30 minutes as I was unimpressed but went for a drive anyway.
Upon arrival back at the lot we go back inside and they are eager to talk numbers. When I finally stop the very nice salesman and tell him I’m not interested he asks the expected questions. He then tells us we have to talk to his manager. A few minutes later the manager comes over and asks what we thought. When I told him I did not like the vehicle he could not believe why because “it’s the best selling SUV in Canada” (ummm...no it isn’t by the way). They did not like being told that I felt t was a step down in technology and features from my 2015 Acadia. Every objection I had was met with this vehicle being the best and the most affordable. He even went so far as to tell me I was wasting my money to spend the extra (which according to sticker is about $10000 difference) on the upgraded version of what I am currently driving.
When I rejected every offer he turned to asking about Fords. Again, I was not interested in what they were offering including a vehicle that doesn’t have the 3rd row I was looking for. The icing on the cake was offering a used vehicle only 2 years newer than what I have. When I rejected that, he put his hands up and shooed us out.
Not only will I NEVER set foot in that dealership again, I also will not be dealing with the Prince Albert Ford dealer because it is the same management. It was exactly like going to a timeshare presentation but I didn’t get a free excursion or show ticket lol. Very disappointed.
So far so good - Mango
The sales experience started off a bit rocky but steadly improved as time passed. Shane was very helpful as was Jill, Have had the new tucson a week so far and put on 1800 klm, done three milage che cks and getting much better than we thought. Being an old fart couple we love the easy entry and we think the 2.4 liter engine is the one to get. Lots of pickup and good economy on highway. The GLS had all the features we wanted plus a few we didn't need, Its called KISS keeping it simple stupid. All in all we like it better so far than our Corolla trade which we didn't get enought for but then being an ex farmer i can never be totally satisified anyway and they have to eat to??. Keep up the good work Ron, you seem to have found the right combination for the lock.
