Now that I've owned a Toyota Tundra for about a year, I'd say Toyota and the quality of the brand has really went to the bottom. Back in the day you spend $200 in service and you would get a wash and a detail, and be proud to be driving a Toyota.
Now, you leave the shop (4th time it's in, in just a year)after replacing a starter on warranty. And they charge you an extra $300 for breaking bolts on that warrantied starter, cause, well that's not covered. (Must be my fault the guys broke the bolts)
Drive away and the thing starts dumping oil all over my manifold.. quality does not exist in this repair shop. I can imagine the bill on that of I would have brought it back. Thankyou to the garage that helped fix up the leak and tow.
Oh, 1 more thing. If your adelvertising $17.95 winter wipers on your desks and at the back door, with no small print... dont charge $78 on the bill for those very wipers, like you did.
Extremely disapointed that I purchased a toyota Tundra, and the extra warranty that really has covered nothing.
