My 2016 Ford F-150 failed to start while shopping. My truck was towed to the Ford Lincoln Gabriel service center late Thursday afternoon.
On Monday they identified the problem and told me it could take up to 10 days to receive the part since it comes from the US. It turned out to be a defective starter. Unable to wait that long I spoke to the service manager Mr. S. Gilesian to see if they can help me find a part somewhere else. He said he would look into it. The very next day Mr. R. Pontarelli found the part and I had my truck back before lunch.
Service like this is hard to find. I would like to thank them for their help.
