je prend un rendez-vous pour un véhicule en particulier, je me présente même 20 min d’avance ,car je viens de loin et tout ça pour me dire qu’ils ont vendue le véhicule en question le matin même.Je me dis bon pas grave en avez vous un autre de même équipement même si plus chère pas très grave ,non monsieur ils me répondent il y en aura un qui rentre demain. Pourquoi ne pas m’avoir appelé dans ce cas pour m’aviser de la vente j’au pas fait 142 km dans le vide ,je me fais répondre que c’est pas leur que c’est leur téléphoniste qui aurait du le faire bin câline j’ai parlé avec la téléphoniste et elle n’avait même pas eu l’information que le véhicule a été vendu,car elle me dit qu’elle m’au mis au courant, je crois elle semblait vraiment sincère et désolée comparativement de la personne X en charge des ventes et service client je n’y retournerai j’amais .
Employee in body shop very odd behaviour - The Non coming back
I went today to leave my car for repair at KIA Spinellu on Des Sources. . I met the responsable. He filled document and asked me for my credit card, I gave it to him, then I saw him copying all the credit card number on his sheet as well as the 3 digit numbers. I told him why putting these information on paper", a strange answer from him saying "what's the difference if it was on the system", I told him that any person from the department or outside can use these numbers. His answer was that's the way, if not happy go complain. Minutes later he started to fill a sheet for renting me a car for over 15 minutes, then we went to the car and checked around and gave me the Keyes and he left, just starting the car, he opened the door, took the key (remote activation) without permission and tells me "I'll call Discount to rent you another car because this one is reserved to another person!" I told him so why I spent time uselessly because you are unorganized and in same time you were aware about my rental for over 2 weeks and even more than that the rental paper was having already my information before I arrive. Bizarre attitude from him. So he called Discount to pick me up and rent me a car. Meanwhile waiting I asked him to write "Cancel" on the signed paper. He answered "I cut it and put it in the garbage". I asked him to show it to me, he pulled it from his garbage one piece, SO HE IS LYING TO Me AGAIN, I told him howcome is not cut? I asked him to cancel it and give me a copy. HE Refused. I told him I'll go to your manager.
I went to his manager lady and explained what happened, she went to him asking for that paper, he told her that it's with the other employee, AND BY MAGIC THE PAPER WRITTEN ON IT CANCELLED. My opinion an employee like that LYING AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND ALWAYS SAYING IT NOT HAPPY COMPLAINB, one like him is in the wrong place, or probably it's me who went to a wrong dealer place. I spent 60 more minutes to go to Discount, and redo all papers, Discount Des Sources were really professional and very gentle and even much younger than that employee.

Switched from on Kia dealership to another since I moved....this one was closer....4 years ago had a problem with an engine code....brought vehicule in....they kept it for about 2 months....invoice said they worked on it for 4 hours.....didn t mind at the time I had another car I was using.....engine check light goes on and off since....they can't find the problem.....I stopped going because even though I gave them the code...I have same diagnostic machine as them.....they still charge me everytime for a hook up....even though on garantie.....this service isn't......this morning....January 31st...I went to the service ....to tell them that my Kia 2010 is still under the garantie for my emissions .....they argued it wasn't ....until came back with proof.....they then told me I had to pay for the service and if they determine its the emission they will pay me back.....under the garantie emission is vague ....that's what they told me.....I refused and will repair it myself.....just to also let you know....when you bring your car there....they always find something that isn t on the garantie and you have to pay...on other time I had a remote starter installed....a short circuit accused.....I removed it...but a burnt smelled stayed for a few days.....they insisted it was my clutch.....I assured them it wasn't.....but refused to listen to me....for safety reasons they didn t want to release the car to me...after a long argument....I told them I will get it done on another day....4 years later clutch still working...
