They fixed the air conditioner and wheel bearing free of charge due to the fact that my warranty had just expired. Jimmy called it a “goodwill” job. I was so surprised and grateful. On Dec 28, 2021 I brought my 2019 Grand Cherokee in because I got a check engine light on. They told me that my #6 piston was misfiring and that I need to change my ignition coil. So the following day I was there at 7:45am and we agreed the job would take 2 hours. (135 anchor plus the coil at 129$ = 399 plus tax.
I was there all day, only to witness the mechanic take apart my engine and NOT be able to fix my Jeeps issue. All day some sales rep tried selling me a new 2022 Jeep (such a turn off), finally at 3pm they tell me my Jeep is ready, I went for a test drive with the mechanic because I wanted to make sure it was not going to repeat the issues and sure enough all the issues came back
They brought the Jeep back in to look at and the mechanic was telling me that the issues might have something to do with my transfer case. Then they tried moving my Jeep and now it wouldn’t start, so they were even more confused.
Now the time was 6PM and most of everyone had gone home for the holidays and I’m sitting there with a Jeep that barley works (because they didn’t do anything to it) and I need to drive back to Toronto where I live.
So here’s the interesting part:
Service manger (a complete unprofessional) starts billing me for my time spent there and everything that was done above the agreement we had. Final invoice $1100. and as expected xxxx NO..! So we start discussing…After much back and fourth we get down to $762 and I’m told that the car is fixed and no more issues. I pay..like an idiot..!!!
10 mins into my drive home same issues reoccur..Get home and bring my Jeep to my dealer where I’m told I need new “rockers and lifters”, SO WHY DID BOULEVARD JEEP CHARGE ME FOR A COIL AND SPARK PLUG AND $762 to fix nothing of the issue..?
How does 1 dealer say one thing and another dealer say something completely different.?
I thank the lord that the mechanic left my changed parts in my Jeep because my dealer tested them on another Jeep and they were firing just fine.
I tried reaching out to them but of course since the invoice was paid, they wanted nothing to hear of this.
I EXPECTED MORE HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM but in the end I got an invoice and some spare parts.

Today, I went to have a recurring electrical problem with my less than 2 years Fiat 500. In the last 23 months we had 3 brake/indicating lights dying on us, which clearly indicate an electrical problem. After consulting them a previous time in the past, they completely ignored the problem exposed to them and they just changed the lightbulb, with a 40$ added bill for time. 40$ for 5 minutes of work! And not helpful at all with the problem. Although, I went back to complain and try to reason with them, they did not offer any compensation or seemed worried about the actual problem. Never will go there again and will make sure to tell everyone I know!

Martin Boisvert le "Directeur Commercial" est sans doute la personne avec qui vous ne voulez pas faire affaire! Quasi-impossible à rejoindre au téléphone, ne répond pas aux courriels, arrive à midi, fini a 17h00. Excuse par dessus excuse sur le pourquoi qu'il ne fait pas son travail, se trompe de formulaire, etc.. Allez ailleurs!!!
