Avoid this dealership at all cost. There's no shortage of Dodge dealers. Jason was outstanding to deal with for sales, too bad Jason doesn't manage/run the dealer itself. We went to the Jeep dealer to have warranty claim submitted for paint defects (some mentioned shortly after buying and documented) others surrounding the hinges / corrosion issues which are well known and documented with Jeep Wrangler JL models. 5 weeks passed and the claim was not submitted, despite multiple follow ups, we were always responded with "we're busy, short staffed, not yet". We took the Jeep to another dealer who had us take it to their body shop for photos and an estimate, and the claim was submitted the same day. 5 weeks for a warranty claim, something isn't right, no matter how busy they were. We won't be back at Reliable, despite other issues, this was the last straw.

Visiting PEI - bwpower

Driving across Canada is an awesome way to see our Country. When you have mechanical problems with your vehicle...that,s another story stress,anxiety and fear of the cost and length of time it could take to fix. It happened to my wife and I on this trip to PEI so we decided to go to the dealer in Summerside. Summerside Chrysler on 3 Water st. They took us in that morning and had a look at my truck which needed a couple hub seals. It was an awesome experience, they fixed our truck and we were back on the road within a couple hours. Kurt, our mechanic, sent my mind at ease after talking to him and the office staff were also great to work with. Thanks to everybody at Summerside Chrysler Dodge!! I would highly recommend again.
