Prearranged an appointment to get one of my free oil changes & as previously recommended by Marvin, have my tires rotated. Don (a new employee to me) promptly greeted me with a smile, let me in & handed me over to Lynn & another new employee, Kim. Couldn't believe the fast service by Cameron!! In & out within 45 minutes & that included a FREE bath for my auto by Clyde!! Everyone was so busy but Marvin stopped to say"hello" & before I left, I slipped to the bottom of the stairs to wish CJ & Eddie a wonderful Christmas! I really do NOT believe a person could find better service or friendlier staff anywhere! So enjoy going in plus enjoy telling everyone about this amazing dealership!! Choose to enjoy an awesome Christmas everyone...HOHOHO!!
They like to sell cars, not service them. - MFC
I have unfortunately dealt with this dealership a few times over the past 7 years. They have a poor stock of parts and shipment of parts to them once ordered is slooooow. They have no interest in servicing their older vehicles and clearly look down on anyone that is driving anything more than 3 years old. They typically make comments such as "Oh, you plan to keep that?" when you try to get parts or service. In contrast when I deal with the local Chrysler dealer in town for a couple of our other vehicles they have good parts stock on hand, can get items always within a day if they have to order, and they spare me the condescending attitude about not having a brand new car. GM should be the same if they want to survive.
I like my old GMC truck but GM support sucks.
