The staff are friendIy, knowledge and professional. I had a minor problem, Katie took a look, asked the manager for his advice. I was give two options, the one I chose took about 1/2 hour of their time. When done the told me it w.as "no charge". They have a lovely waiting area, bright, airy,, clean. BE CAREFUL. After my DIscovery was in for service, they charged my credit card $900 for damage to a returned rental they later learned was caused by a previous customer. They were more concerned about their Customer Service Satisfaction Survey score than actual customer service satisfaction. It wasn't really a luxury brand experience.

This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership

Top notch service and quality work - VanWolfe

Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.
