He called me back exactly when he said he would, and he gave me a really good price! He didn’t oversell me, and I truly felt I did the right thing for my Audi Q8! When I booked my 30000km maintenance service, a lady gave me a quote $480. When I picked up my car, another lady told me $960. Finally she offered to take $230 off, but I still end up paying $250 extra.

This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership
Top notch service and quality work - VanWolfe
Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.
