I received 5 star excellent service from Porcshe Centre North Toronto. This was my first Porsche and the dealership really brought their A game. I was allowed to test drive the car for an hour on two occasions. I was treated with a high degree of professionalism and respect. I really have no compliants or criticisms. I highly recommend Porsche as a brand and this dealership to anyone in the market for a new sports car. Very impressed.

Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

I came in for service to this location and they do everything they can to make your experience great. Great communication of keeping you updated and feeling respected. Only down side was the parts department where helping me came off as being bothered of my presence and was not able to follow my instructions even though I confirmed it with him 3 times.

Although the work they do is on par with other dealers in the Toronto area, the service staff are really below a passing grade. They really give you a feeling that you are lucky that they are even talking to you, not a hint of ...”thanks for being a Pfaff customer, let’s see how we can help you out today”. The lack of respect for an individuals time and attitude they portray is really poor...I believe they know this as I have always gotten a survey from them after I had my vehicle serviced for the past 9 years, but not this time.

My 2016 Hyundai Elantra was in a minor accident (front bumper and fog lights), my dealership recommended the Collision Centre. The Insurance appraiser looked at my car on a Thursday afternoon, the parts were ordered, came in on Monday and I had my car back Wednesday!They even detailed the inside of my car! Mauro was friendly, courteous, great customer service! I would definately recommend them!

When I booked my 30000km maintenance service, a lady gave me a quote $480. When I picked up my car, another lady told me $960. Finally she offered to take $230 off, but I still end up paying $250 extra.

I will NEVER trust their pricing again after their Quicklane Service tried to charge me double!! Although I had heard negative things, I have dealt with Highland Ford and their Quicklane Service for the last 8 years and was content...until this year.
When I called the Highland Ford Quicklane Service, they made an appt and when I showed up, they said I had no appointment (I thought it was odd that I asked "don't you want my name" when making the appt). They took the vehicle anyways and when I picked up, tried to CHARGE ME ALMOST DOUBLE!!! When I spoke up and asked about the pricing, the individual (believe it is the new manager) first mentioned an even higher price, then put in the right price ($78.) with no apology. I asked why he tried to charge me $130, I was told "miscommunication". Really? Miscommunication trying to charge customers double, then raising the price again before putting in the right amount.
I went over and reported to Highland Ford service manager (highland Ford owns this Quicklane). I also wrote to the dealership owner and informed Highland Ford on their "follow up call to rate the service".
Guess what I have heard back from the owner or dealership...NOTHING!!
I will NEVER buy a vehicle here as they clearly dont appear concerned with customer feedback or their own people attempting to charge customers double for service so what does that say about their pricing?
Buyer BEWARE...I now believe what others have told me....I CAN'T recommend them as I no longer trust them or their prices!!!

Took my red cayenne in for a recall service and left the dealer for a few hours. Came back to a huge bill for work I didn’t ask for. Further Incensed over the add of a gas line cleaner they added that pumped the whole thing up plus they charged me for labor for work I never ordered. I protested but they said they would not release my car until I paid the for service I never authorized. xxx! Now my front speakers in the entertainment system are fried. The just up and quit - xxx! It’s still under warranty and should not have failed but I’m never going to use mark motors of Ottawa again. Also remembered taking a friend to the dealer to buy a cayenne and when he got there Michael mark changed the price quoted to my friend over the phone. Terrible ripoff this place. Ottawa needs another Porsche dealer. I’d never buy another car from any of their dealerships. Slimy. Ripoff.
