I had a horrible experience with their service department just months after purchasing a new vehicle from them. I now prefer to drive an extra 10 minutes to Dixie Mitsubishi in order to avoid this place.

My 2016 Hyundai Elantra was in a minor accident (front bumper and fog lights), my dealership recommended the Collision Centre. The Insurance appraiser looked at my car on a Thursday afternoon, the parts were ordered, came in on Monday and I had my car back Wednesday!They even detailed the inside of my car! Mauro was friendly, courteous, great customer service! I would definately recommend them!

Brought in my 2006 Lancer in to have recall work done. I was advised of other work that needed to have done. I was informed that it was the best time to do the extra work because more than half the labour will be covered under the warranty, so I agreed. I was graciously given a 2017 Lancer as a loaner because I lived out of town. The whole thing was a great experience. Thank you to all the staff that worked on my car and Matt and Craig with their excellent knowledge, advice and service. My car runs fabulously. I drive confidently on my daily long distance commutes.

Barrie service department. Zero stars would be more accurate. They have terrible customer service, the service manager is rude and condescending. Staff were no better. A simple repair turned into a $500++ robbery. Head office did nothing! Shame on you Mitsubishi. Go anywhere else than here, trust us.

Service Department Failure - George
Just finished my service appointment and felt i needed to leave a review. After previous poor experiences with the Service Department I thought I would give this place one more try. Knowing there was a recall on my car i figured i would book an appointment for an oil change and tire swap as well. Called a week in advance and was told it was a 2 hour appointment. Now this made sense because an oil change and tire swap takes less than an hour so i guessed the recall was another hour. Showed up for my 11am appointment 10 minutes early only to be told by the Service Manager(Robert) that his employee who has worked there for 3 years did not know what he was talking about and that the recall alone would take 2hrs. Now this is not the first time that something like this happened so i guess I'm the fool for coming back. Since i didn't not make the appropriate arrangements to spend half a day there i had no choice but to refuse the recall work. As Robert put it its not that important anyway, so why the recall then? The part that i found even more frustrating was that it took an hour and ten minutes for my car to even make it into the shop. So instead of trying to make up for there mistake and getting me in and out as quickly as possible they failed at that as well, i had to wait over 2hrs for what should have been 40 minutes of work. As Robert commented, this is how things go. Well why make an appointment if they are not willing to honor it.
Clearly there are some issues and challenges that surround the service department and although Robert may or may not be a nice person but his handling of the situation leaves a lot to be desired.

I had my endeavor towed in due to not starting.after app. 1full day I'm told that my auto. Start was shorting out and it would cost 1100 dollars plus tax and they would not guarantee that that would fix the problem.when I said forget doing any work on it and I would pick it up they presented me with a bill over 400 dollars to scope it.when I questioned the cost I was told they had to scope the car three times at a cost of 120 dollars a scope.when I complained they took.60 dollars off the bill.i was so upset I traded my Mitsubishi in for a Ford.i will never buy a Mitsubishi ever again.they don't have a mechanic that is worth his weight in xxxx.nothing but shoemakers trying to be mechanics
Cracked my windshield. - Steve
Went in for a recall to replace a wiper motor and ended up with a crack in the windshield. Contacted the service department and they basically denied any wrong doing. I was basically told it's not their problem as you apparently sign a waiver to have service done. I guess folks need to read the fine print on the service paperwork. Now a free recall is costing me either my $500.00 deductible and an insurance claim or replace the windshield out of my own pocket. Never going to use this dealership again.

Took our car in for a recall service. Was told it also needed work done on front struts. They kept the car for 8 months, due to "part being on order" Yes they gave us a garishly painted loaner, but over the whole time they failed keep us updated on what was happening and when it was finally fixed the bill was $1000.00 more than estimated (by them). Had to argue to get a "discount" and was made to feel like a penny pincher. Really awful awful service. There are plenty of other dealers and all are better. Went to Newmarket Mitsu and was treated much better. I also dealt with RJ who was the best of a bad lot.

I will NEVER trust their pricing again after their Quicklane Service tried to charge me double!! Although I had heard negative things, I have dealt with Highland Ford and their Quicklane Service for the last 8 years and was content...until this year.
When I called the Highland Ford Quicklane Service, they made an appt and when I showed up, they said I had no appointment (I thought it was odd that I asked "don't you want my name" when making the appt). They took the vehicle anyways and when I picked up, tried to CHARGE ME ALMOST DOUBLE!!! When I spoke up and asked about the pricing, the individual (believe it is the new manager) first mentioned an even higher price, then put in the right price ($78.) with no apology. I asked why he tried to charge me $130, I was told "miscommunication". Really? Miscommunication trying to charge customers double, then raising the price again before putting in the right amount.
I went over and reported to Highland Ford service manager (highland Ford owns this Quicklane). I also wrote to the dealership owner and informed Highland Ford on their "follow up call to rate the service".
Guess what I have heard back from the owner or dealership...NOTHING!!
I will NEVER buy a vehicle here as they clearly dont appear concerned with customer feedback or their own people attempting to charge customers double for service so what does that say about their pricing?
Buyer BEWARE...I now believe what others have told me....I CAN'T recommend them as I no longer trust them or their prices!!!

There was a recall on my airbags and was fixed in 2016 at Bank Steet Mitsubishi. Since then the light has been on intermittedly. Service won't look unless I pay $60 when they should be responsible for thier work. And when I called in january the manager told me they would look at no charge. Now he won't. The manager said maybe if inknew toy better. I bought my car here and have been coming here long before this manager was even around. Such disrespect.
My airbags remain broken, this service centre is responsible. They have always been difficult to deal with and this is just another case of them bullying people, soecifically females. They really don't care if people are safe either.

The service department is rude and unhelpful. I tried to take my 2014 outlander in for a recall due to safety issues and they were trying to play pass the buck, they told me they couldn't even look at it for over a week. I live in a small town and know there's no way they're that busy even if they had a 50% off sale. Very dissatisfied. Would definitely not recommend this dealership
