Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

Had to take my F-Pace in recently as my A/C wasn’t functioning properly. I appreciate that Ian fit me in last minute - the same morning I called.
Upon arriving, I went straight to Tyler as he ALWAYS remembers the finer details when handling my truck (ex. no exterior car wash because it’s ceramic coated). He got me into a Budds courtesy car (my preference) vs. an Enterprise rental. I noticed the infotainment interface in the rental looked different to mine so gave Tyler a ring and asked if he could look into updating my system.
Truck ended up staying overnight given the system update and Tyler kept me updated along the way. A/C issue was due to a leak and everything was fixed under warranty. System was also updated at no cost and I wasn’t charged for the courtesy car. It’s the service from visits like these that keep me coming back!

My 2016 Hyundai Elantra was in a minor accident (front bumper and fog lights), my dealership recommended the Collision Centre. The Insurance appraiser looked at my car on a Thursday afternoon, the parts were ordered, came in on Monday and I had my car back Wednesday!They even detailed the inside of my car! Mauro was friendly, courteous, great customer service! I would definately recommend them!
3 months to have a brand new car repaired... - Dissatisfied customer
We took delivery of a new I-Pace Dec 24, 2018. Dec 28 it was towed back to the dealership. We were told it was defective switch, then a coupling, then a section of wiring harness, then the entire wiring harness, then it was two different wiring harnesses. We were told the parts would take 2 weeks, then 4 weeks, then they had to be custom made. Once they had the parts we were told the service department didn't know how to complete the repair. Staff were polite, but I had to place the calls for updates and frankly, I got pretty tired of the revised stories and delays... There is no reason a brand new car should take 3 months to be repaired - it indicates that Jaguar corporate (in Canada and in England) has no concept of customer service, and are indifferent to their warranties. There is no chance we'll buy the brand again, or the dealership. Buyer beware!

I will NEVER trust their pricing again after their Quicklane Service tried to charge me double!! Although I had heard negative things, I have dealt with Highland Ford and their Quicklane Service for the last 8 years and was content...until this year.
When I called the Highland Ford Quicklane Service, they made an appt and when I showed up, they said I had no appointment (I thought it was odd that I asked "don't you want my name" when making the appt). They took the vehicle anyways and when I picked up, tried to CHARGE ME ALMOST DOUBLE!!! When I spoke up and asked about the pricing, the individual (believe it is the new manager) first mentioned an even higher price, then put in the right price ($78.) with no apology. I asked why he tried to charge me $130, I was told "miscommunication". Really? Miscommunication trying to charge customers double, then raising the price again before putting in the right amount.
I went over and reported to Highland Ford service manager (highland Ford owns this Quicklane). I also wrote to the dealership owner and informed Highland Ford on their "follow up call to rate the service".
Guess what I have heard back from the owner or dealership...NOTHING!!
I will NEVER buy a vehicle here as they clearly dont appear concerned with customer feedback or their own people attempting to charge customers double for service so what does that say about their pricing?
Buyer BEWARE...I now believe what others have told me....I CAN'T recommend them as I no longer trust them or their prices!!!

Incapable of taking responsibility or apologizing for deplorable customer service. General Manager and Sales Manager aren't responsive and are quick to brush aside concerns. No wonder service staff are incompetent. The days are numbered for this toxic culture of poor service as customers are leaving by the fist full. A New dealership for JLR opening at the end of the year under a world class leadership of Mark Motors will be a welcome haven for existing customers and a shot across the bow for Ottawa Land Rover.

Jaguar salesmen care only about their commissions. They’ll try to make you buy extra warranty and put pressure on you to buy body and seats warranty. Usually the first service is complimentary, the salesman never mentioned that to me, I learn that from another Jaguar dealership. The service department is unprofessional and don’t respect words.they keep telling me to contact the salesman, and the salesman keep telling me to del with the service department. I am vey disappointed and I will never buy a Jaguar again at Jaguar Toronto

Avoid this place at all costs. I have been a loyal Land Rover customers for years and getting any repairs or services done at this location is always a complete NIGHTMARE! Their entire team from service, to parts, to management is beyond disorganized and unprofessional. I have been having issues with my Range Rover over the last 3-5 months and have made 3 separate trips to the dealership - to note I live at least a 1-2 hour drive one way, have spent thousands of dollars, and the issue continues. Each time I get dragged around, the repairs are hundreds - if not 1,000's of dollars more then was was quoted on the diagnostic and THE ISSUE CONTINUES! Each time I go and get a rental it is a completely different process with more crazy hoops to jump through, I have expressed my concerns with the service manager (who was just recently fired) and nothing changes. Seriously, save yourself a headache and take it anywhere else, literally anywhere else!
