It was my fist time leasing and I wanted it to be with this company due to the brand image and reviews. I saw an add for an affordable price when I got in I was told its marketing tactics and the lease price is $400 more smh.
Well I ended up getting a model that was used outside with no discount ( I didn't know better at the time). During the first week of my lease I noticed alot of scratches at the door and returned it to the dealer which they told me I need to buff it out. During my lease they were unable to resolve several issues in the car that is covered under warranty. Each time when I drop the vehicle in for the same service issue I would rent a car and they would not consider that it should be for free considering they couldn't resolve the issue before.
I drop my car to get the scratches removed from the insiry package I purchased. They found other faults with the car that is covered under the insurance. They would not fix the scratches unless I gave the work to them. my insurance company called and asked them questios to which I received an email stating they got the go ahead to fix the items from the insurance company. I did not give them my consent. When I yook my car back the locknut and lock keys are missing and they are stating it was not in the car. I tried calling several times to get an answer and no response. I will not lease from here again. The service seems to me scamish. Lost a customer for lack of customer service.

I have been dealing with Waterloo Jaguar for 5 years now. Dan and Andre have always been so friendly, professional and honest. Always offering me a loaner vehicle as I live out of town. My last service appointment took longer then expected. Andre was so kind to offer me to take home a loaner and the next day, he had my car delivered to me. Talk about fabulous service!! Anyone can sell you a car but it’s the service that Dan and Andre offer you that makes you become a repeat customer!!

This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership

Unfortunately I lived a very bad experience at this dealership. I brought my beautiful land rover for some service work and to my surprise when I picked up my suv it was deeply scratched from one end to the other. Luckily for me the dealership performs vehicle walk around when you drop-off your vehicle and it was noted that my vehicle had no scratches or dents. After jumping threw many hoops and threatening legal matter and speaking with the owner John Mierins, he finally agreed to make the repairs.
after waiting several months to have the repairs done I was asked to drop it off to have it repaired. because of previous experience I made sure to do the same walk around with staff and confirm the vehicle damage and confirm there was no other damages to the vehicle. To my shocking surprised when I picked my vehicle the second time the original repairs won’t done correctly (orange peel all over) and new scratches on the other side. Yes again. The staff (Gord and Cliff) were helpful and promised it would be addressed. One week later I again asked to pick up my vehicle and again scratched not repaired but a poor attempt on buffing it, so much it caused more damage (paint burnishing) and left my vehicle full of buffing compound. Sadly the owner is refusing to take accountability and not offering any support to fixing the situation. Sadly I would not recommend that you bring your vehicle here.

Jaguar salesmen care only about their commissions. They’ll try to make you buy extra warranty and put pressure on you to buy body and seats warranty. Usually the first service is complimentary, the salesman never mentioned that to me, I learn that from another Jaguar dealership. The service department is unprofessional and don’t respect words.they keep telling me to contact the salesman, and the salesman keep telling me to del with the service department. I am vey disappointed and I will never buy a Jaguar again at Jaguar Toronto
