Hyundai of Muskoka was the fifth dealership that I visited, to find a vehicle. On a pure whim, Hyundai of Muskoka in Huntsville was the fifth dealership, but my stop was purely by chance. You see I live almost two hours away and have two other dealerships even closer to our home. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted in a bright and modern showroom by Samantha. When I asked if they had the model and trim level I was looking for, to my utter surprise she replied yes three! WOW!! Three. I couldn’t find any either east or west of where I live. In fact, I looked as far away as dealerships in the Barrie area as well. Buying a vehicle today is much more than it used to be. The fanciest and most expensive vehicle in the world is not worth a thing, if the dealership doesn’t take the time learn what you want and respect your wishes. I have been totally satisfied with every aspect of our latest purchase and would be totally comfortable recommending Hyundai of Muskoka, to anyone requiring a vehicle today. Now that you know our whole story and experience, you can see why we say it is such a great pace.

We met Stephen when we walked in the door. We were looking at the Tucson and The Kona. The Tucson was better suited for me. Stephen found us a 2018 that was brand new and fully loaded, leather, sunroof etc. Love the colour and the rims!! He walked us through everything when we picked it up. I have dealt with many Hyundai dealers before, but Ajax Hyundai tops them all. Oliver gave me excellent advise. He was aware of my budget and guided me perfectly. His attitude was non aggressive and I felt that he truly cared that I was satisfied.
After walking in I was attended to within 60 seconds. The work environment was friendly and professional, The staff followed up with phone calls when necessary.
Derek carefully explained the contracts and offers available. I was impressed he took the time to call to inform me that there was a difference of a few cents between what was discussed and the final contract with the bank. He never took anything for granted.

Worst car purchase experience ever!!! Saturday, March 23, 2019, I went to Hyundai Richmond Hill Dealer to pick up my VERY FIRST Hyundai car, a brand new Elantra preferred. When the salesperson gave me the key and then led to the car, I noticed the car was very dirty and has not been washed. I spoke with salesperson who simply told me the car was just sitting around for a while!!! He then took for a one-minute car cash after which the car was still dirty! Things got worse when on my way home, I noticed a cut on the leather steering wheel that was simply an eye-sore to me. I went back to the dealer furious demanding the cancellation of my deal as this was simply fraud. The sales manager told me there is nothing such "cancelling a deal" and I have "to come back Monday to see what they can do for me”. Instead of taking a quick action, he asked me to take the car home and wait for their call on Monday. Being a former PR manager for Ford, I told him a car should have gone through a PDI (PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION) prior to delivering it to me, yet his answer was “I will check what went wrong”! In fact, Hyundai Richmond Hill sold me a fleet car (a vehicle Hyundai offer to dealers to test by their employees) and then sell them to general public at a discounted price. The salesperson told that we never use them, and we simply sell them. The car has only 50KM on the odometer and Hyundai Richmond Hill put on the Vehicle Purchase Agreement that the car was used with 4128 KM on Odometer. Meaning I bought a new car in reality, yet a used one in paper!!! They told me these are fleet cars that we don't use and sell them at a discounted price without telling Hyundai Corp. I bought the car as a gift to my sick wife and they have spoiled my day, my gift and turned the whole thing into a night mare. Before the incident, I was planning to trade in my VW Jetta for a Sonata, but now I am simply planning to cancel everything!!! It would have been easier to admit your mistake and fix things rather than being arrogant and not even respond to a victim of your unprofessional and fraudulent practices. I have all documents and pictures that proof my statement and I will be contacting all media outlets, my lawyer, Hyundai Head office Canada and even Hyundai Korea to express my huge frustration. DON'T BUY FROM Hyundai Richmond Hill!!! Pictures of the so-called brand-new Hyundai Preferred attached!

Yesterday I had a bug deflector installed on my 2018 Elantra. It looks great! A few days ago I spoke to Sean in parts. He gave me a reflector so I could see how it would look on my car. He also informed me about the 3M film that a body shop could install. With a quote in hand for the bug reflector, I went home and researched both products. I decided to have the reflector installed at Baytown Hyundai.
I want to thank Sean for his help. There was no pressure at all.

My husband and I recently purchased a brand new Elantra and it took FOREVER to get it into inventory. but that wasn't the main issue - the biggest issue was the complete lack of communication WITHIN the dealership (i.e. sales people to sales manager to finance dept) and secondly their communication with us. We did all the following up; we asked all the questions; we phoned them to check on timelines - it was ridiculous. And now as we try to book service appointments and they are too busy to answer the phone line, we leave messages and no-one returns our call - for a simple oil change appointment!! Ridiculous!

I had the excellent experience of dealing with Roman Sidoli last week when i finally broke down and trashed the old wheels. Roman was kind, enthusiastic, understanding and quick to answer any and all questions.The whole deal went down smoothly and cleanly and not only do I now own a very nice car, I also have a dealership I'm happy to go back to. A few days later I went back with a minor issue (not a mechanical one--the owners manual was in French only and I am but a lowly anglophone) and while Roman was taking a much deserved break Brother Jo leapt into the breach and quickly handled my concerns with one of the best smiles around.
