Thursday I attended a conference and my Hyandai broke down. It really caught me off guard as my car is only 2 years old. Being out of town, I was also concerned if they could fix it in time for me to return home. From the moment I entered the door, to the very last minute I was ready to drive away (with a thank you box of smarties on my dash) I was treated like a VIP. Karen made sure I was at ease and assured me everything would be taken care of. The car was ready even earlier than I anticipated. These days when you bring you car in they no loger was it, but here they "gave my car a bath", which was another added touch I did not expect. Although I live in Brampton, I would actually arrange my shopping trips to the outlet in conjunction with service times just to come back!

My husband contracted Mark MacVicar or Hawkesbury Hyundai in Ottawa and we couldn't be happier. The service Mark provided was quite literally the best service we could have asked for. Hyundai of Muskoka was the fifth dealership that I visited, to find a vehicle. On a pure whim, Hyundai of Muskoka in Huntsville was the fifth dealership, but my stop was purely by chance. You see I live almost two hours away and have two other dealerships even closer to our home. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted in a bright and modern showroom by Samantha. When I asked if they had the model and trim level I was looking for, to my utter surprise she replied yes three! WOW!! Three. I couldn’t find any either east or west of where I live. In fact, I looked as far away as dealerships in the Barrie area as well. Buying a vehicle today is much more than it used to be. The fanciest and most expensive vehicle in the world is not worth a thing, if the dealership doesn’t take the time learn what you want and respect your wishes. I have been totally satisfied with every aspect of our latest purchase and would be totally comfortable recommending Hyundai of Muskoka, to anyone requiring a vehicle today. Now that you know our whole story and experience, you can see why we say it is such a great pace.

I called Kingscross Hyundai and they said I have a recall. I explained about the engine signal check issue . They told me it can be done without costduring the recall service.
When I came with my car. Mr Imtiaz agreed to go ahead with the recall but told me engine signal check is not free and . I was really disappointed .
I don't know why I was misinformed.

It was my first time buying a car, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. The sales team was attentive, didn't try any crazy upsells that I didn't want or need, and when the car I was initially looking at was sold, the salesman I was speaking with did his best to find a suitable alternative, based on what I was looking for and what had drawn me to that first car. I had previously come here with my fiancé when he was purchasing a car, and we'd had a great experience there, so when I was looking, I knew where I wanted to go first, and I ended up coming here first - and last.

I bought a used car from Richmond Hill hyundai the salesman was Sam Ardebi seemed nice at first
Made the deal which was to include an oil change. Upon leaving the dealership sam should me the paperwork that showed an oil change being done. He also told me that they also changed the air filters.
When I got home I checked the oil it was dirty as was the air filter. I messaged sam who wanted nothing to do with me. Only cared when a sale was possible obviously he does not care about me or repeat buisness. Falsifying documents is a crime and morally wrong. Shame on them.

We are now a two Hyundai car family. The 2010 Accent has served us very well over the time we have had the car and will continue into the future. Even though we have bought a new Tuscon, we find it hard to give up the Accent so have decided to keep it for running around the city.
The new Tuscon has met all our expectations and exceeded them in many respects. I, in particular, am very happy with my new purchase and have already told friends and family about the extrodinary value.

I have very bad experience with 401 Dixie Hyundai service department team(Jody Clarke and Devanne R). If you challenge them on the work performed at beginning they will try to brush aside your concerns but if you stay firm with your observation they will not hesitate to become impolite and even to insult you. For Jody customer must accept his statements, if not he will start with insults. He has no understanding that he has job because of people like me. He is in the servicing industry, where he has to deal with all kind of customers and to understand that customer at the end is always right. 401 Dixie is not the only Hyundai dealership in town, He and staff at the service desk should be send to the customer training courses otherwise they will loose their business. It is more than obvious that this is dying industry. I will never buy anymore gasoline car from the dealership. It is obvious that electric cars are the future where almost no maintenance will be required.

I had the excellent experience of dealing with Roman Sidoli last week when i finally broke down and trashed the old wheels. Roman was kind, enthusiastic, understanding and quick to answer any and all questions.The whole deal went down smoothly and cleanly and not only do I now own a very nice car, I also have a dealership I'm happy to go back to. A few days later I went back with a minor issue (not a mechanical one--the owners manual was in French only and I am but a lowly anglophone) and while Roman was taking a much deserved break Brother Jo leapt into the breach and quickly handled my concerns with one of the best smiles around.

Absolutely love this dealership. I was greeted right away and Spencer was there ready to take me in his office. This is my first car and first dealership i went too. He gave me quotes and showed me around and was VERY informative. No pressure into "selling" just wanted to give me the best options out there. I went around different dealers but did not find what I was looking for, plus the Hyundai ELENTRA was just amazing. I rented the car prior and fell in love with it. The elentra is an amazing car and I am so happy its my first car! Amazing features and I feel so safe. Spencer was there to help me throughout the ENTIRE process, from picking the car, test driving, etc. He showed me every button in the car.
I may be new when it comes to vehicles, but he taught me so much.
