I know one thing someone better help me soon with my 19 toyota corolla le 5 months ago I bought this car I have only put 2700 klms on it and so far it has had too have two wheel alignments and the dealer I bought it from said they did one before I drove it away the tires are shot on it when I'm driveing with lane assist on this light comes on the lans assist light flashes the drivers side camber is so off it sog legs down the road and too top it off i had it too toyota on kemp road last Tuesday and the front alignments off again im Sick of the run around I think the next step is too contact the news and a lawyer ill attach a couple pics for reference on the alignment the car only has 59000 klms on ot i bought it with 56660klms
Double dipping and overcharging - Matrix person
2011 Toyota brakes were deemed fine by this dealer last October when I was charged $275 for oil change plus "preventative maintenance package"- They had the nerve and got away with charging an extra $30 to replace the air cabin filter.
July 2015 - Less than 20,000 km later- Brakes now noisy and needed service. OK- Came in as well for oil change. Now told needed complete new front brakes and rears as well. Gave an estimate of $1100. Declined the work to get a second opinion but got charged $94 for oil change and brake "inspection".
Went over immediately to CDN tire, where they said only rear pads needed. Total Cost $ 235 and got them done. Amherst Toyota, do you get my point ?
No wonder the one-star rating. Very disappointing this sole Toyota dealership in this region feels the need to gouge and mislead the very same people and community they purport to serve.

My experience with Brian was fantastic. He answered all my questions and concerns when I was looking at various models, and explain models I may also have liked. Despite choosing a model away from Toyota, he helped me with the purchase and dealing with Hyundai, and helped me express my concerns and such to get value for my trade in, and when negotiating for my final payment.
I would recommend Brian to friends, family, and acquantices who have began, or in the process, of purchasing a new vehicle.

I went to pick up tires and rims but was unable to pay for them due to a power outage at the Dealership, the Parts manager called me later in the day and got my credit card number and then he delivered the tires to my house, excellent service.

I went in for an oil change which is usually about $50. The total cost was $100, because they upgraded the oil to the most expensive they had with out asking for my consent. They told me that the truck needed a water pump and it would cost $212 to replace it. I had to ask the owner of the truck and said. I would get back to them. when I made the service date I confirmed the price was $212 installed they confirmed. The total bill was almost $492. The service manager Donna Dion, talked to the owner Gordon Muise, then asked me for my keys to check the vin number on the truck, walked to the door turned around and waled over to me and informed me that the owner said that I was to pay the or they were going to keep my truck. I asked Donna Dion if I could talk to the owner and she said " Gordon Muise does not to be bothered with you.
They never apologized for their error in the quote, or for lying to me in order to get my keys.
This is not what I would call good customer service, or a good dealership. The other people in the waiting area were unhappy with the customer service and said they were going to get their warrantee work done elsewhere next time. If you get work done here expect to pay more than the quote, and bring extra keys. You probably will not be happy, and the owner probably won't want to be bothered with you either.
