I would highly recommend this dealer for all your automobile needs. From sales to service they treat their customers with the utmost of respect and care. Transferred my business to this dealer because my previous dealer's customer service failed to meet my expectations and I have never regretted the decision. My car developed a skip on the way to Yarmouth while I was on vacation. I drove straight to the dealership & they took me right in. I was staying in Bedford so they found the last rental vehicle in Yarmouth, located & ordered the parts. I arrived back the next day shortly after 3:00pm, the parts had just arrived 5 minutes before me. The smiles were all around. The car was repaired & I was back on the road @ 4:00pm. The car has never sounded better. Thanks to all the guys who did whatever it took to get me back on my way home to Ontario. They went above & beyond.

I just left Oregans Chev-Olds in Halifax after picking up my 2019 Colorado. I had an appointment Wednesday at 9am to have my factory fog light kit hooked up and programmed. The sad thing about it was, I had my license mechanic install the fog lights/switch in cab and wire harness to the fog lights. He couldn’t tie the harness into the fuse panel because his schematics don’t show where to connect. So I thought going to Oregans since it was close to my work place it would be a quick connection and programming. I sat in their waiting room from 9am -315pm when finally they said I could take their rental which was very small and uncomfortable (chev Spark) I got a call the next morning saying they need to replace the control module and said my truck would be ready later Thursday which it wasn’t. I called them Friday morning (today)and they tell me the headlamp switch had to be replaced which it worked before taking to them. I finally get a call at 230pm today (Friday) saying my truck is ready. I go in and read the invoice and it says the customer says he’s concerned at times when turning on fog lamps he has to wiggle the switch for them to work. I said no such thing and why would I say this because the fog lights are a new install. Worst customer service I ever had. $465 for the fog light kit and another $563 just to program and connect one end of the wire. Needless to say I will never step foot in Oregans dealership EVER again. Brandi McKay I’m very disappointed the way you treated me.
If I would have known this I would have taken my truck to Bruce Auto in Middleton where I have been treated like a customer should.
Terrible experience - Naname
Bought and 80 thousand dollar truck and because I put aftermarket wheels and tires on it they wouldn't cover the ball joint, shock or control arm that smashed off it when I hit a pot hole. Had to deal with a horrible person, I believe Dave foley was his name and he wasn't the least bit helpful at all and pretty much told me tough luck that my brand new truck with 27k on it wasn't covered under warranty. I will never be going back to this dealership again and I hope this review deters anyone from giving them any business in the future.

I visited this dealership today to have a recall addressed. I was extremely satisfied with the service attendants and the service writers at this time. Due to Covid I was not permitted to remain in the building which was perfectly understandable. I live 1/2 hour away from the dealership and could not see the value in taking a taxi (even at the dealers expense) to return home and back for a two hour service. I decided to remain outside at the dealership. These are my observations of my wait:
1/ There is no place to wait! You would think that with Covid regulations, there would be at least a chair/ bench/ or something strategically placed around the dealership!
2/ The buildings themselves appear to be in a deteriorated state, not indicative of a reputable GM dealership.
3/ No smoking signs have no meaning whatsoever. During my 2 hour wait I observed dealership employees smoking at will everywhere and anywhere signs or no signs. I have smoke allergies and was constantly forced to move from my chosen waiting area to accommodate smokers.
4/ There seemed to be a fair amount of garbage littering the property; cigarette butts, plastic bags, empty Tim Horton waste, etc.
I am retired from middle management in the service industry where I always believed that the condition of your place of business plays a big part in the perception that your customers have of your business as a whole and while I was extremely impressed with the attention I received from your service personnel the same cannot be said for the aesthetics of your dealership.
