Satisfied completely - Taurusbuyer
I called Bruce and asked for the sales manager. Without hesitation I was given Tom Ruggles. who actually spoke with me and understood my request. I had a long story to tell and he listened. I am surprised because with my dealings in the past with various dealerships, a sales manager is hard to get to speak to. Usually we have to speak with a salesman. He assured me, and I was confident he would help me...he did. I live far from Bruce. To my complete satisfaction all was done and my next experience was with a finance officer, Scott Nickerson. A pleasant, positive and knowledgeable young man. He knew his product and all was done over the phone...really over the phone!! I drove down (6 hour drive), all was ready to sign and all was to my complete satisfaction. When all was said and done, I was introduced to Andy who was very professional and introduced me to my new Kona. I don't think I was ever greeted by a sales manager in all my car buying days. Thank you all and I will surely be back should I buy another vehicle. I will definitely recommend Bruce dealerships to all the people I know.

A Day at the Dealership - RobandShae2019
Both employees we dealth with were very friendly and professional. Listened to our concern and our wants and when the vehicle was not on the lot, negotiation took place with another dealership to obtain the Santa Fe we requested to have.
Gateway Hyundai Service - Brian Mc
Just had my vehicle serviced at Gateway and I wanted to say how prompt and professional the people are there. They know how to take care of their customers and their vehicles.
Brake pads separated from plate because of excessive heat. - Dave
Service manager said pad separation is not under warranty and is not a defect.Well I am a mechanic and I say it is.I guess they don,t won’t to sell me or any of my family a car from any of Oregans dealerships which works out to about $100000 loss.Maybe $100 worth of defective pads should be under warranty.
Worst customer Service for new CAR SONATA - gagansandhuz
I had the worst customer experience with SteelHyundai, Hyundai. I bought a new sonata(2018) from steel Hyundai 2 weeks ago and as the part of buying car they told me that they will provide me Cargo trey and matts. Since the Cargo trey and Matts were not available in the inventory they told me that it will be available by Friday March 1 2019.
I got a message from Troyce on Friday March 1 2019 that Matts are available, I replied to him asking to get me an appointment on Saturday 9:00 am but I didn’t get any reply from Troyce. So, I called Troyce again on Monday when he didn’t answer to my call I left a voicemail asking for an appointment for Tuesday 12:00 PM, Troyce again didn’t bother to call me back.
I went to Steel Hyundai on Tuesday looking for an update and getting my Matts, since Troyce was not their in the office I had a conversation with LOUIS STEPHEN (Sales Manager) and I shared my feedback about the service they provided to me. He insured me that he will deliver the matts to me at my apartment on Thursday as they are not able to find them in the inventory.?
On Thursday when I didn’t receive Matts from steel Hyundai and didn’t receive any call and message from them. I called Louis again. To which he respond something like this, Gagan Troyce was on vacation today thats why I was not able to deliver it to you but they will be delivered to you “by Friday evening at any cost”.
On Friday same thing happened to me I didn’t receive any call, message and the matts from SteelHyundai and Louis. So, I though I should pay a visit to them since they have matts now and they will deliver them to me.
Today I went to steel Hyundai again looking for my Matts and I was really upset about the whole service experience I got from steelHyundai and their sales team. Louis greeted me again and I shared my feedback to Louis again about their service and he welcome and accept my feedback and asked me to give him few minutes so that they can give the cargo trey and matts to me as they promised to me.
After giving me Cargo trey they were not able to give me any Matts and when I asked them why, they don’t know how to answer this and promised me that they ordered them today and they will get them by Wednesday.
I just wonder if they are treating 2 weeks old customer like this what sort of service they provide to a customer after one year. They don’t like to answer calls and replying message. If there is a delay on there side they don’t feel responsible to inform the customer. My recommendation to all my friends and family to never buy any cars from SteelHyundai and Hyundai. They should treat their customer with some respect.
Sold me a lemon - Rob gordon
Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They sold me a used car, lied to my face telling me the tires were fine. (They were scalloped) the car stopped starting within 2 weeks. I was given the runaround multiple times, left on hold for close to an hour multiple times. I fought and fought with them to get new tires, eventually got "better" tires and the owner said "I'm going to keep the scalloped ones because some people don't mind them" I was told there was nothing wrong with the car and while they did get it running again, a month later I had the same issues. I tried contacting them about it and again was givin the runaround and left on hold for another hour. I've givin up now, they will not do anything about the lemon they've sold me so I will take it to target Mazda and pay for whatever issues there is. I'll never step foot in this place again and will be purchasing any future vehicles from target Mazda where they actually care. Also, the "free trip" promotion they offer is false advertising, 100 percent a scam. 600 dollars in fees to go to a shady hotel in vegas that is off the strip, a week stay down south without flights included and about 2000 in mandatory all-inclusive fees or a shady cruise with flights not included and and 600 in fees.
