Service and product not good - John709
I purchased a new Toyota, based on quality and serviceability. Both are a total disappointment. I had issues with the vehicle with less that 1000K on it (should of been a clue). Now with 60K they had to order A/C parts, I have been waiting for3 months, or should I say summer months for the parts, and still no resolve. Strange they can still make vehicles with A/C. This has been a very disappointing experience with this Toyota,

My name is Fred Power from Carbonear, I was in Gander on Business and my Tacoma broke down and being this far from the dealership where I purchased the car I turned to the Gander Dealership. I spoke to the Advisors and told them what had happened, they immediately got me in discovered my battery was dead, and replaced it, and had my truck back that same afternoon.
Excellent service from these guys! I would highly recommend them and a big thank you to that Dealership. I work in the same business and I know how busy they get. They went over and above to help a customer from another town and I won't forget it guys!

The people in charge over the service department are very arrogant and not obliging. The sales department was not helpful in anyway when I approached the with my problem with my newly purchased suv, which was my third vehicle purchased at western Toyota in corner brook Newfoundland in Last 15 years.
