I recently bought a new Ram 1500 Sport from London City Chrysler and Jesse Hughes was my Sales Rep. Jesse was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me into the driveseat of my dream truck. I had a number of after market accessories added on and would not have been able to get exactly what I was looking for without Jesse's help. I was on a limited budget and with the help of Jesse I was able to piece together and build the exact truck I had always dreamed of having within the budget I was working with. Thank you so much Jesse and to the staff at London City Chrysler for all the great service!!! I will be highly recommending to my friends and family.

Cant say enough good things from these guys nothing but good service from buying to shop work on my truck the only complaint we have is with dodge themselves and that is the after spending around 70 g on my 2016 truck when we got it is that the tires they come with are garbage still very low miles and i already need to replace them and new good tires are not cheap.......my best advice is take that into account when buying i would have if i had known,,,

I was looking online for pre-owned Dodge Chargers and Chryslers 300 and sent an inquiry through South West’s website about a great-looking Charger. Within minutes, Heather called to answer my questions and invite me to London for a test drive. Sounding enthusiastic, she built instant rapport and gave me the opening hours for the next day. It was clear that she cares about her work and about providing excellent service.

Just moved to Woodstock, was at the dealership for other reasons, realized that I have outstanding recalls thought since I had such a hard time with the Dodge in our old city this one might be different. Went up to the service desk, booked an appointment and he even changed the address with Dodge for me. I explained the hassles I've had with another Dodge dealer and how I've been trying to get these done since they came out so He double checked they had the parts. Told me they did and things were set. I booked the day off work because I work out of town, and the day before I called to see if they could also check another issue while my truck was in for the recalls. A women answered told me I did not have an appointment, and they were booked solid! I told her what day I was in and booked the appointment, who I spoke to and all she could say was would you like to book an actual appointment. Completely 100% their screw up and no trying to accommodate. So now I have lost a days wage and my recalls that are 3+ years old (as stated before issues with a different Dodge dealer) are still not done!!! I loath Dodge!
