The service needed done was explained thoroughly, we were kept up to date with the progress of the service being done in our Odyssey. Our service consultant Kevin C. was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to answer all our questions and we never felt rushed. We purchased my car from this dealership almost 7 years ago now and have always brought it back here for service and over all that time we have never had a negative experience dealing with any of the staff.

I had my worst experience with them. their technician reset the dash board without changing the differential oil. after driving the car for sometime I noticed an issue while turning the steering wheel. When I contacted them they made me flush it twice and they made pay for that and they wrote in the report to avoid further damage change the differential oil when it's required.
Spoke to them, totally ignoring me, been sending emails to Honda Canada since May and they forwarded my request on May 2020. Yesterday I went to them and spoke them and asked them why there is no reply since 4 months. Wasted my time and energy with them, you can't win any argument there.
The second issue I had. When I purchased the car I also purchased insurance coverage from them for external body protection and rim protection.
They refused to accept my claim. Main scratches I have there happend because of the cord they installed to plug it in in winters. The cord is swinging and damaged my bumper paint, and still they didn't honer that. They promised to solve this issue, but still I don't trust them, they have not called me yet.
They just don't care, I have not experianced such a bad customer service in my life. I don't know how they are still in business.
I am going to fight it, I won't give up, even if I reach out to Honda CEO in Japan.

Took over two weeks to repair my vehicle. Should have been a four day job. Had to rent a car during this time. Called a couple of times to find out what was happening and no return call from them. Very poor service. Would not recommend them.

I love my 2015 accord more than any car i have ever owned, but will NEVER buy another Honda simply because of the terrible customer service and incompetency of the individuals servicing the vehicles at Crown Honda Mcphillips.
Every time i drop it off for service i am adamant about making sure they do not wash it, and every time i go to pick it up, it has been washed and scratched (its black). I am one of those people who takes great pride in keeping the paint in pristine condition, the children working in the back servicing the vehicles have absolutely no regard for your vehicles paint job. Avoid this place.

I am very surprised at the one-star reviews, and suspect they are "fake news" written by a rival garage. I have happily dealt with Harvest for 25 years, both sales and (mostly) service. They are never anything other than friendly, helpful and transparent. I'm always advised if any significant repairs or replacements are needed, and work is done promptly and well. I have always felt the price charged is very reasonable. Always a ride home, vehicle pick-up or drop-off, or courtesy car is available if needed. Over my long experience with Harvest there's been nothing remotely like the "incidents" described in the negative reviews, which is why I suspect them of being phony.
