My wife purchased new winter tires + rims for her 2015 Trax. The mechanics did not mark which location her summer tires came off of when they removed them, costing us more money this spring to have the wheel sensors reprogramed. I am what you would call a backyard mechanic and even I know enough to always mark the tires when removing them!

Very disappointed with the recalls of my 2019 GMC Sierra. This last one was for my tonneau cover. I went in one week for them to fix it on recall. To my surprise, I received a phone call the next week to tell me the part was in for the recall. I thought it was done already. So this meant a second trip to the dealership and it was there for the entire day. I don’t blame the staff, but I honestly can’t remember how many recalls I have had, since there has so many.
This is an $80,000.00 truck. And no compensation for the truck being in the garage all this time. I have owned numerous vehicles from Murray’s, and this will make me rethink the next one. Sorry to say.

Charge 250.00 for a safety that is only good for 30 days. Then they expect you to come back and pay another 250. I had poor advice from a service advisor. I think my days of having them service my vehicles is over! Go somewhere else to be treated like a customer.

This dealership sold me a used vehicle with warranty that was void. I brought my vehicle in to the dealership in Kenora because the clear coat was peeling and was informed that the vehicle had been painted since the factory. I had no idea that this happened, and why would the dealership sell me something that was void? I was very confused and thought Ledingham could clear this up in a second because why would they rip me off like that. But nope they agreed that oh jeez it does look like its been painted before and the warranty is no good because of that. Then I thought oh well since they sold it to me like that that they would go good for it. But nope they said they'd only pay half. I'm sorry but I bought my vehicle because it had warranty left. I need warranty because I can't afford xxxx like this. Thanks for ripping me off Ledingham.

Got my car toed there they “fixed” it and gave me a big bill and sent me on my way, the next day my car wouldn’t start got it toed back and they put parts in without ever calling me to ask gave me another big bill when I asked why they never called she just said “want me to rip the parts out” and charges me for much more service then I’m sure it took to do the job and was very hard to reach on the phone was always waiting on hold or phone just not being answered. VERY rude receptionist WILL NOT BE BACK!

Thankfully had purchased additional warranty, however did not cover total expenses by a long shot. Had transaxle gaskets replaced X2 , Big $ hit, exhaust is exiting where it should not be, told not a concern, Approx 9 grand into repairs into this car in 4 1/2 years. They would not give me a fair price a year and a half ago on a trade. Slow to get suggested repairs.xxxxx. Only 1 good female person in service

Left my car untouched for weeks, claimed they'd ordered parts which they hadn't.
Found "new problems" at the same site of the damage it was taken in for BUT didn't include it in the quote for MPI (clearly didn't assess properly or forgot to include it) therefore expected me to payout of pocket for further repairs.
They have had my car for three months to replace a broken wing mirror damaged in a theft.
Unfortunately not the first or second time we've had trouble with Birchwood...should have known better than to use their collision center.
They will receive no more money or sales from any of our friends or family, even if it means we have to leave the province to purchase our next car.

Looked at purchasing a vehicle from them. Wow, do they ever pressure you. Then you'll go home and get harassed by their "neutral third party" who NEEDS an update from you but can't just ask the salesman. (Also, a 'neutral third party' who works at Murray... not so 'neutral' if you ask me...)
Everything there was sloppy. Can't do this because they don't know how busy the service department will be. Can't do that because another bad excuse. Seems like they just want you to make a bad deal and be stuck with them forever. Biggest joke was that all the salesmen crowded the TV watching NFL and then paraded around the showroom when a team scored a touchdown... Not a great place to buy a vehicle but great if you need to watch the game but Triple B's is full.
Transmission oil flush and a winterize for truck - veron
I paid for a Transmission oil flush and a winterize on my 2010 chev silverado LTZ. The gave me a bill for $541.26. This was on November 4, 2016. Soon as I got my vehicle back there was no heat. They did not put radiator coolant in the radiator and reservoir. I took my truck back for them to top it up. Which they should of done in the first place. Then on Jan. 26, 2017 I took my truck to Prince Albert to the Great Canadian Oil change for an oil change. Here they tell me that my truck requires a Transmission service. I thought they were pulling my leg. Either they were lying to me or Murray GM did not do the Transmission oil flush. I took my vehicle to get a second opinion from another dealer and they said there was no transmission oil flush and my transmission oil is dirty. So now, I take back my vehicle to Murray Gm and they want me to pay them again for another transmission oil flush! These guys are big ripoffs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR Vehicles there. Warning you. They burned me numerous times.

I took my vehicle in for an inspection/diagnosis and first off dealt with Debbie which was hard to endure. Than later got to deal with Bob Stoesz which was good. Got charged 400-500 for taking a cover plate off and diagnosis but they could not diagnose after all, so I didn't want to spend more. Was told that if I would have the work done there I would have that amount taken off the bill. I didn't fix it but bought a new vehicle from them. I thought out of goodwill they would take it off of that bill but they didn't. I didn't mention it to them either. When I came with my trailer to load up my troubled vehicle, it was very slick out and need just a little help - 3 of the shop techs walked by within the half hour I spent loading it without offering to help. Although GM helped me out, West Park didn't. The one gal I was impressed with was the reception/cashier. She was super helpful/friendly. Not listed below.
