1 Manitoba Maserati Dealer
Where to begin? - tgw
Where to begin? ...this dealership through its sales staff was advertising a 2002 BMW on facebook. Being in the market for a summer cruiser I went down and had a look, basically the car couldn't be driven - it had a bulge in the sidewall of the left front tire, and the rim was visibly bent. To the dealership's credit all tires and rims were replaced eventually. After seeing the rims and tires had been replaced I made an appointment to view the car up close & go for a test drive, despite the fact the engine hood would not open. The drove fine, and I decided to talk deal with the promise that the engine hood and a few other things would receive the necessary repairs... this was in August 2022, it's now November 2022. Being a patient individual, I understood that the parts may have to be ordered and delivery may take awhile. Eventually weeks became months, and my emails requesting an update were ignored. All I wanted was the truth - either way. I kept being told the parts are coming from Germany, despite myself finding out that the parts were readily available in Canada with a 3-4 day delivery time. I should mention that through my months of waiting, Daniel (who claimed to run the sales floor) wanted me to take delivery on a vehicle he claimed had received its safety inspection, and yet the hood still would not open! Additionally, we had agreed that a second key would be cut and programed, and I was told that was completed by Daniel. (I found out on November 16, 2022 that the second key was never created). Anyway, to make a long story short-er, my experience with Daniel Habte & later Joseph Crouch was horrible. There was a blatant disregard for my concerns as a customer. When I finally received notification that the hood was repaired (on November 16) and then found out there was no second key, I scraped the deal - I was worn down and defeated by this dealership. I was expected to feel sorry for all work the dealership had done to me to the point of taking delivery on the BMW, meanwhile in the space of about an hour, with minimal effort, I had found the correct parts and told the dealership how to secure those parts! ...they just didn't care!
