I had an amazing experience getting my vehicle serviced at the dealership. Because of the pandemic, guest shuttle was not operating, so I received complimentary transportation service by Uber to and from my residence. I also got a complimentary car wash. In addition, my break inspection request was handled perfectly before it becomes a serious safety issue and I was given the price of the work as it was checked by the technician before I authorized it for repairs. Moreover, because of some technical issues, I could not register for the customer loyalty program and the service department was kind enough to enroll me and give me the points for the service payment that I had made. Highly recommended! Because of the phenomenal experience, I had given 5 stars on google review as well!
Toyota backs their product! - reberts
I have a 2011 Toyota Rav4. It had paint peeling problems (for that year and paint code) for which I was sent an unsolicited notice early 2020 after car is 9 years old to take in for evaluation to have a repaint evaluation under a recall for that issue. The evaluation was approved and they re-pained the whole vehicle no charge. I did not expect this, I am so impressed that Toyota backs up their product to this degree and the courtesy and professionalism of the service staff at Erin Park being Nick and Kiril that I dealt with were just outstanding. I am a Toyota customer for life and will always go to Erin Park for my Toyota needs.

The service tech broke my cabin air filter cover - Frustrated
Recently discovered the cabin filter cover in my Camry was broken.
For the past year, I've been trying to replace the filter myself with no success as it seemed that the cover has been glued in place. I recently discovered that one of the latches is broken and the cover was jammed in place.
So, a Mississauga Service tech broke my cover and didn't say anything at any time. He didn't even point out that the cover was broken during my past 2 service appointments. I wonder why?
I've complained about this problem during the last 2 oil changes but I kept getting a "there's nothing wrong" response.
Highlander 2020 ! Software malfunctioning issue - - Siva
PUBLIC SHOULD AWARE : Highlander 2020 has some very life threatening, Software malfunctioning issues. It will stall on drive. Mine did twice. My dealer is Brimell Toyota, Worse place to buy a Toyota vehicle from. They don't give dawn about your life. When I took it to them Feb 2020, They said nothing could find, and the manager threaten us to take it back or they will charge for loaner. We took it, during the COVID was not driven, Jun 2020 again stalled on the street while driving with kids. The Video attached. Took it back to Brimell again, now they saying it's software glitch, manufacturer defect. Which I told them first time, There is a guy call Dr. Shah, said I am Doctor grade on Toyota issues, I didn't find any. But now Toyota itself recalling for this issue. It's a life threatening issue, Brimell Management don't give a dawn when it comes to customer safety. No more Toyota in my list, Specially Brimell Toyota is the worse place to buy from. I bought Audi Q8, Vehicle and the service is optimum. Now I parked my Highlander for exhibit piece.

I've bought a dozen cars here since 1999. Always had great deals and fair pricing on cars. Service always more than satisfactory thanks to Frank Macri. I've had many Camrys and my wife had many Rav4's. Don't believe the comments about bad service. Not true. It's a long way from where I live but worth the drive.

I leased a Rave4 one year ago and promised a first oil change is complimentary by verbal not in writing . when I was visit to service, They said not in there record(refused to do) and give me a discount rate. That discount rate is normal rate in other dealership.I am not recommend anybody this dealer. They should know as a customer, I are not lie for a one oil change. I trust their promise by verbally.
Pickup Care Experience Horrible - InMyOpinion
Picked up our new vehicle during COVID 19 Pandemic and they did not honor social distancing. Was told by staff that the owner does not want them to wear masks. Very stressful car pickup. They don't care about their customers. Highly recommend you go elsewhere. Lets see how service goes there. Helen the actual sales person was great, but the rest I would say were horrible, should not have to be on guard in fear of them coming right up to you as they did to us.
