I have visited the service center today (14 Feb 2020) for... - Sreekanth Nair
I have visited the service center today (14 Feb 2020) for an issue which i was facing since i purchased my car (Jan 2019). The issue is related to the driver side window, which makes a growling sound when it goes up and down only in winter. I have visited service center several time and each time they did their max to fix it by applying new solutions. And they suggested me that may be its because of the cold. I was also thinking the same reason. I just ignored the sound for the 2019 winter but when this year winter (2020) started i faced the same issue. After several visits they replaced the window motor which i was pointing out from the starting of this issue. But even after this work the motor sound was fixed but i was experiencing a scratching sound of glass when it goes up and down. Today i visited again and they found out that the screw got loosened or not tightened enough. I agreed to fix it and they have done a good job. When i was about to leave the center i have noticed that one of my AC vent leg is misplaced which can be put back inside the slot. I tried myself to fix it but it was difficult and i don't need to screw it up. I have informed my service advisor Mr. Kaleem and he asked a technician to take a look at it. I was surprised that without touching it the technician said its broken and need to replace the full vent. And i was keep saying that it can be put back to the slot but i don't want to break it by doing myself. However, he already made a conclusion that it need to get replaced. After some discussions i was not planned to replace it and I left the center without fixing it and parked my car on the street. This time i tried to fix it by myself and i was prepared for the damage whatever going to happen. Fortunately, the vent got fixed by myself.
So, i believe that the several visits which I made for one issue which i had with the driver side window could have been fixed if the technicians have shown minimum involvement in their work. I suggest that Kingcross Hyundai services should take some time to train your technicians on work ethics.
I am only satisfied with the experience with my service advisor Mr. Kaleem.

I’ve been driving my new Tucson for five days and I love it. David took lots of time to show me its features to make sure I get the most from the vehicle. He knows his stuff and has a nice sense of humour. Love the sun roof, the CarPlay, the sport mode feature. And the great sound.

Excellent, no hassle experience - The CP Family
I strongly recommend Alnoor, Trevor and Max at 401 Dixie Hyundai. We purchased a used vehicle from them and they were a pleasure to work with. They gave us a great price right away, were very responsive by phone and email and agreed to an independent inspection with no hassle. We had shopped around at several other dealerships and we were at our wits' end. Thank you for making the process so easy

Second Chance - Ed
I saw a GMC Terrain advertised. I contacted the dealership with an offer with a trade. Zach essentially accepted my offer. I drove down and met with Dilan and Eugene . I immediately realized we were far apart. I left and came home. My wife and I liked the vehicle so a couple days later I called to see if there was a compromise. Dilan said to come down and we can try to get more money for your trade, I felt he tried his best and we bought the vehicle.
2017 Elantra FOB Defunct - Would not warranty - branko.maslakovic
My fob stopped working on my 2017 Elantra 60,000KM on Jan 22nd 2020 - I managed to get home from work that day buy turning the car on by pushing the start button using the FOB. Note the FOB just quit 100% (no weaker range over time) on my commute from work that day.
I came into the Don Valley North Hyundai dealership the next day Jan 23rd about 3PM EST 2020 and described what happend. They said I needed to buy a new battery. I bought the new battery on the spot (13$ for coin a battery....) and the service rep changed the battery for me. He noticed that the LED light was not working on the FOB after replacing the battery and opened the key again. The rep worked on it for a bit and then discovered the negative contact (contact from the coin battery negative to the circuit board) was broken.
The rep advised that this part can't be repaired and that i would need another FOB and that it is NOT covered by warranty. We discussed this in lengh (45 minutes) - i advised that the FOB stopped working completely at once, not over time (so it wasn't a battery just dying), that i never opened the FOB (didn't even know how, nor would i try since i suspected it might void warranty) and would not have attempted this since the range was great (i could open it from far.. there was no problem). We discussed how the contact was poorly made and clearly not durable enough to serve as a contact over many years (as you would expect). The three reps at the service desk made up all sorts of scenarios on how the part could have got broken; someone opened it and broke it, it fell, at one point they even said that it was possible that the FOB was defective from the start but was in working condition and even so they would not warranty it. But the fact remains; an internal part of the FOB was broken without any damage to the outside, and the part was so inappropriately designed that this should be a warranty item. What is next? If my engine stops working are they going to open it up and see one of their Hyundai parts broken and then say the same thing? Give me a break.
There is reasonable grounds to warranty the FOB since the internal part was cheap, also the service staff were rude and during the whole discussion tried to implicate me indirectly as the one who broke the part ("someone" must have broke the clip). Here you have a situation where i liked my Hyundai and i was actively telling my family and friends to get one - so far the car runs great, zero problems for the last 3 years (although that is nothing to go crazy over let's see if we can get to 10 years. I hope it was worth losing a customer (I won't buy Hyundai again) and i will stop advocating for Hyundai.
A new FOB by the way is 435$ + 49$ programming fee, so close to 550$ CAD for a part that is worth maybe 10$ in total.
Who knows whats under the trunk if they can't even get the FOB right.
Excellent Service and support from Nick - urooj baig
Received phenomenal service by Nick Koundouros, who is the general manager at Hyundai Agincourt. He is very courteous, humble and respectful. I have given Hyundai a five star for my experience here at Agincourt.
I am a customer here since 2015 November and since Nick started his career here , he has always been very helpful in regards to any issues I have come up with. People here are always warm and welcoming which is a plus.
Nick made things go a lot easier for me, making sure my issues were addressed with the service teams in an appropriate manner. I was also provided with a loaner instantly the very next week when I dropped my vehicle for service in the dealership for an engine replacement. I would recommend all the new/used car buyers to meet Nick upon your visit here to have the most smooth transition and delivery of the car you pick up from this location.

So I decided to book for an service 2 inspection which includes checking exterior lights. I went their and explained them my problem. She told me probably bulb is gone and it will cost me $27.50. I m Briones I just need it checked and don't want bulb replaced and it should be under warranty. She said I have to pay for bulb if I wanted it checked or else I have to pay them inspection fees. My question is why???. I am paying for service 2 which includes I spection and moreover it should be covered under warranty as I purchased brand new less than a year. What a rip off....
