DO NOT GO HERE, this dealership is DANGEROUS, UNSAFE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I went to this location three times in one week at the beginning of July. They ignored my concerns, refused to service my car (which is still under warranty) and asked that I take my dangerous car home. They do not care about your safety, they are comfortable with putting the LIVES OF THEIR CLIENT IN DANGER. I wanted to give them a chance to fix their behaviour and service, so instead of writing a review I answered their survey in detail (July 18, 2020). No one has gotten back to me. They do not care about your safety and they do not care to help you with your concerns. I came in three times, complained to the service manager (Scott Jarvis) who was disgustingly rude to me (both over the phone and in-person) and I further reach back out to the dealership by answering their survey (so they could better understand my concerns and work to improve on their services); however, I was ignored and dismissed yet again. If you would like to buy or service a dangerous car that could potentially put you in a fatal accident, please go here.

And we must say you indeed get a treat like family when you visit this dealership.
After having a harrowing experience in another dealership, walking in to Agincourt Hyundai was a welcome change. There was no asking “will you be doing the deal today?” or “is anything stopping you from buying the car today?”, but a warm welcome with a smile. It was a true no pressure deal, where everyone tried to reach a point which was mutually beneficial. This being our first new car purchase, there were a lot of unknowns but everyone tried to make this process as smooth as they possibly can.
They took extra care on explaining the features of the car and the benefits that the dealership provides. They also introduced us to the service managers and other team members of the dealership to make us feel inclusive and ensure all future visits are also going to be well.
On the day of the delivery, there was a hiccup where certain things which were agreed upon were missed, but everyone jumped into action to make things right for us and they did!
During this deal, we had the pleasure of interacting with York Lee, Nero Segaram and Aaron Lai and they were just awesome. We would highly recommend this dealership!

I visited the dealership for an engine recall. The total experience was bad. After I got the call that the car was ready and drove 200 meters I discovered that my AC wasn't working... they forgot to put the freon and on top of that, they forgot to put back the freon cap..They also left a bunch of screws on the passenger side which made me think that I have some loose part in my car. The plastic covering and papers were left disposed in the car (they are definitely not following coronavirus procedures to clean /wipe the car after the service).The most important thing, the brand new engine ($4000++ worth) has been left with oil BELOW the minimum level!!!. I had to come back and waste my working day dealing with the car. The service manager after my complaint promised to call me in a few days but after 1 week, still nothing. I was considering buying a new vehicle at the dealership but after my experience with the dealership and the service, there is not even a remote possibility of me using them again. Very disappointed with the car service , far cry from what they are stating on their website....

I really wish I had a better experience with this dealership even after the first bad experience, I continued to come back to give them another chance but it seems this place is just bad luck for me.
First incident, I had new brakes put on my car last summer from THIS dealership. Just four days after that service, I was driving with my mom, husband, and cousin in the car when the wheels made a loud sound and we pulled over. The WHOLE brake had fallen out!! We were on a highway and were very lucky this happened as we were taking the off ramp. It was a holiday so no dealerships were open and I was in Barrie. We needed to tow the car all the way and we left it in their parking lot as this was the problem they caused. The tow truck driver said the brake caliper mounting bolts came out, the caliper fell off and got caught between the brake rotor and the wheel. This snapped the rotor and tore the brake free. Needless to say all of us were lucky to be alive.
I sent an e-mail to the service manager and general manager about this horrific experience. They looked it over and fixed everything up without charging me and assured me they would look after my car closely.
Even after this experience, I thought I would give them another chance and hope they would treat me and my car better after this.
Unfortunately I realized this is not the case.
On Sunday, I took my car in to drop off for a oil change and tire change on Monday morning. On Monday, Martin called me to tell me that they could not find the wheel locks for my all season tires. I have never touched the bolts which are always located in my glove compartment. I pretty much have never touched them since I got the car, people who change my tires can locate them there and always put them back. Now I assume that they clearly went missing the last service I had with them in November to put on my winter tires. It went back and forth between me saying I never moved them and the service manager saying the foreman had put it back last time. They asked to keep my car one more night to look it through clearly and I allowed it. Today is Tuesday. I received one message at 3:49PM telling me that they still couldn't find it. At this point I am just wanting to get my car back. I asked if they could call me so we could resolve this issue, even if I have to buy new wheel locks then fine.
No answer through text and I called to leave multiple voice mails to Martin. Now my car is staying A SECOND night without my permission, and nobody had updated me on what was done to my car today. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have never had such issues with a dealership before.
I guess I will be going do a different place to get my service done.

Doesn't matter what sales person does in the end just like at any dealership, it all comes down to sales manager's willingness to negotiate on the price or not.
