Worst Dealership, they lie about everything . Especially after sale is even worse. My engine light was on the very 2nd month of getting a new car and when i took it in they said it was from the rust proofing and i had my fuel tank pressure sensor sprayed and that's why the light is on and is not covered under warranty, when i read online and spoke to few of my buddies that have ford, they'll said ford has this problem in most of the new cars. My mechanic said the reason for them to not do it is because, my car more components had to be brought down to replace the sensor and it's not that easy like the other cars and he said it's a day of work. I do not understand why a registered dealership would not support a customer that's got the warranty and give false information. When i bought the car from them, i was gonna recommend them to my brother who was looking to get 3 high end trucks for his business, never ever i would recommend here, great place if you are doing a oil change, that's all they can do. Just not WORTH IT !

We leased a Ford Edge SEL from Donway Ford 3 years ago, and appreciated the service provided by all staff involved. Last month, we researched lease buyout versus new lease with expert assistance from Krystal. She patiently prepared several proposals and then placed our special order for a brand-new 2020 Ford Edge Titanium. When our new SUV arrived, the vehicle switch and pick-up of the new SUV was a breeze. Financial documents, vehicle registration, and review of new vehicle features were all completed in minimum time expertly and without fuss. Not only do we love our new Ford, but we were again impressed by the customer service quality. A big "thank you" especially to Krystal, whose knowledge and people skills were impressive and much appreciated!

Ford Shelby GT350 - Irked
I Was lied to by the service department twice during two separate appointments at this dealership regarding parts for a simple oil change. Still have not received a follow up call regarding the status of the parts that were ordered beginning of June and it’s halfway through July now.
The only reason I’m writing this is because I was told there were no oil filters for my car available in Southern Ontario. I promptly found another dealership here with 140 oil filters for my vehicle in stock and I proceeded to have the work done elsewhere.
I am not a grumpy person who wastes time on the internet griping about bad experiences and maybe the people at Summit are quite capable of performing good service 8/10 times, I’ve just been ticked off to the point where I think they deserve a bad review.

i have used heritage ford for the last 5 years I have gotten 3 different Ford f-150s Jim and Steve act like they are you’re friend but they just want in your pockets they try and make you feel like you are getting a deal but that’s far from the case Usually Steve calls me to after roughly 2 years to put me in a truck but when I called him he wouldn’t let me trade a truck in because ford was offering 0% financing never will I use that godforsaken dealership again there loss not mine
