Purchased a mustang gt on Sept 30, on the drive home, engine light came on, pulled over immeaditatly to ask sales man what I should do, did not want to damage engine, no response, like there never is, called many times to ask if car was there to view before driving a 2 hour distance, no one ever seemed to answer the phone there, always went to recording, had car towed home for fear of damaging the engine, still 5 days later NO CALL FROM DEALERSHIP, wished I had read the reviews before purchasing, probably would have made a difference on me buying from them,

There are not enough words to describe how horrible of an experience received at this dealership, specifically in the service department.
No class whatsoever. All associates are rude.
Car was towed in on a Saturday. First annoyance was that no technician available on a Saturday to perform a diagnostic on the vehicle. Second, no rental because rental company (Enterprise) that Ford deals with closes at 11 a.m. daily. Please do not purchase any extras as you will never receive them. They have an excuse for everything. I am now left with no car and we are in three days and still do not know what is wrong with vehicle. I am without words except I would never recommend any Ford vehicle especially this location.

We leased a Ford Edge SEL from Donway Ford 3 years ago, and appreciated the service provided by all staff involved. Last month, we researched lease buyout versus new lease with expert assistance from Krystal. She patiently prepared several proposals and then placed our special order for a brand-new 2020 Ford Edge Titanium. When our new SUV arrived, the vehicle switch and pick-up of the new SUV was a breeze. Financial documents, vehicle registration, and review of new vehicle features were all completed in minimum time expertly and without fuss. Not only do we love our new Ford, but we were again impressed by the customer service quality. A big "thank you" especially to Krystal, whose knowledge and people skills were impressive and much appreciated!
Spent 50 minutes there for nothing - i know cars
When I checked their web site today, I was contacted by a web agent named Stacey. I asked her to book me a test drive. She said she couldn't do that and collected my name and number. She told me the sales person would get back to me. Few hour later I contacted her again and reminded her that I wanted to test drive the car today. Again, same story...
I drove to the dealership (15 min one way). Spent there 50 (fifty!!!) minutes waiting. Although the place was empty and there were 4 sales people inside, the guy who was supposed to be "my sales person" was busy with other customers. That's understandable, no issues here. However when I asked another person to help me I was told that he can't because of their "sales rules". Anyway, after "my" sales person finally was free, he took me outside to the parking lot and told me that the car that I wanted to drive was blocked by another car and he can't find a key. He suggested that I should book a visit in advance. After being there for 50 minutes I had to drive back. Really terrible service. I don't think Stacey should be paid for such a "customer service". Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I drive a Ford Flex and after hearing a noise during acceleration between 60-80kmh. At first it took 3 different people to hear the noise I described but they finally heard it and said it was the Power Transfer Unit (PTU) which is about $2500.
I took their advice and saved up to have it replaced, however it did not fix the problem. I was really pissed and decided to live with the noise for the mean time.
Then a few months later I needed recall work done so I took it back and asked them to inspect it again as there advice didn’t solve the issue. Yet again the technician could hear the noise at first, but after I explained step by step how to hear it they finally heard it again. This time they removed the driveshaft and took it for a test drive, they said that the noise went away so it must be a bad driveshaft, which is $1400. So I saved and got that replaced and guess what? THE xxxx NOISE IS STILL THERE!!!!
So now I’m out thousands of dollars and my car still isn’t fixed!
I’m really disappointed that a Ford Dealership isn’t able to diagnose their own vehicles.
Now I’m at a lost of what to do.

Kyle should not be a salesman. We showed up on time for our appointment and even though he was paged, we waited 10 minutes for him to come out from the back. When he finally came out he walked right passed us and sat at his desk a few feet away. His colleague asked us who we were waiting for and when we said Kyle, we were shocked when she pointed to him just sitting there ignoring us. He said hi to my husband and completely ignored me and our baby. It was pulling teeth talking to him. He ignored the two parameters we gave him for what we were looking for and showed my husband 1 or 2 cars that were way above price range. When we asked him what happened to the car that we came in to see, he said it was gone. He basically said he had nothing for us. My husband even said "we are off to a bad start" to which he replied "really?" with confusion. The icing on the cake was he took us downstairs to the indoor lot because he "just got this one in" and proceeded to show us a car that had a massive dent in the hood and another one in the side door. We were beyond shocked. The only car he could offer us had been in a big accident. Needless to say do not waste your time with this dealership. The service is atrocious.

I had the pleasure of working with Max W. as my sales consultant.
I had called a few days prior to make an appointment with Max to view a specific vehicle.
Luckily, when we arrived, Max had the keys ready and escorted us, on our way to the viewing.
He went over the main features of the vehicle and gave us demo for some of the key features.
We were sold and then it was just a matter of getting the right price.
It turned out, we were not offered the best program option immediately (incentives versus finance rates). Luckily, I did some research on my own and was able to question why I was not offered incentives first, followed by a different finance rate.
Upon further review, I was offered the incentive discount with adjusted finance rate.
Max W. also executed nicely on a special request I had for my license plate. 5-star customer service there.
Next, I dealt with Michael Y. from financial services.
He was a wealth of info.
Having purchased and leased many vehicles before, what I really appreciated from Mike was that he was not overly aggressive on the additional add ons.
Too many times the finance people can turn a positive experience, into a negative one with over the top, sales tactics.
He was firm and to the point, which helped the transaction flow smoothly and kept it a positive one. His communication and the ability to help sign electronically during the pandemic, was greatly appreciated.
Lastly, I also dealt with Patrick W., the sales manager.
I had some hiccups that almost made my purchase a no-go.
But in stepped Patrick and ensured that the deal promised would be executed as promised.
We were also under time constraints and Patrick helped remind me what I had to provide and made sure his team took care of the rest, so we could close the deal before the incentive promo expired.
Hats off to Patrick W. and the team for helping make the purchase a successful one.
Next, I will deal service department (when the time comes), but that review will be left until a future date.

i have used heritage ford for the last 5 years I have gotten 3 different Ford f-150s Jim and Steve act like they are you’re friend but they just want in your pockets they try and make you feel like you are getting a deal but that’s far from the case Usually Steve calls me to after roughly 2 years to put me in a truck but when I called him he wouldn’t let me trade a truck in because ford was offering 0% financing never will I use that godforsaken dealership again there loss not mine
