Being a sales person myself (in the real estate industry), I have a good sense of the type of service I was looking for. It was only when I dealt with Ashraf when I realized that I had found someone who could give me with the same level of professional service I provide to my clients. Ashraf not only is knowledgeable in what he does but he was also able to provide the answers, whether you like them or not :-) Once he found the right car, I was looking for, he was persistent and assertive until I was able to travel the 1.5 hour distance to the dealership. Thank you Mississauga Toyota for a very safe service experience during this time. While the appointment was pre booked for an oil change and tire rotation, a recall notice was received yesterday for the fuel pump. Bryan was amazing in trying to coordinate the part on short notice while I waited and prevent a second visit. His recommendation around a couple of other replacements were appropriate and justified.
You all are definitely the reason why I purchased and drive all the way from North Brampton to have the vehicle serviced at Mississauga Toyota.

My recent experience at Don Valley North Toyota was amazing. I took my 2017 RAV4 LE for maintenance service and I ended up leasing a 2020 RAV4 XLE with no extra monthly payment. Behzad’s extensive knowledge and guidance is much appreciated. He is very decent, professional, helpful and trustworthy.
Besides, I acknowledge the work ethic, sense of humor and proficiency of “Kenny Wang”, the Finance manager who was extremely friendly and ensured a welcoming atmosphere.
And finally Express Specialist at service department, Andrew Ho, who was very gentle, energetic and respectful. With his sincere support I was able to have a rental car to go back to the work while my old car was being serviced. I surely highly recommend their expertise.

I recently bought Toyota Corolla from this location. Prior to visit the store I check their website where they are offering "1 YEAR FREE OIL CHANGE FOR NEW CAR", "ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE 1 YEAR", "1 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY" etc. The sales person Andrey always pushy to close the deal instead discuss more about the car and asked me to $1000.00. When I realize they only offered me after market remote starter not the Toyota original remote starter I asked them to cancel the deal. Then they started to showing their real face and not willing to cancel the deal and threatening me to forfeit the deposit if cancel the deal. However, knowing the fact that they are not going to honour " 1 year free oil change" & extended warranty which they advertise on lin I agreed to close the deal. At the day of delivery the sales person so pushy to finalize the paper and ask me to leave as he had another appointment and he was very rude to discuss. There are some functionality of the new car still unknown.
