Dealing with Chris was an absolute pleasure. He didn't rush me into anything or give me the first financing offer he had. He took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. He was honest and up front about everything and I couldn't have appreciated that more! He is very knowledgeable about the whole process and never once did I feel pressured or left questioning anything.
I used this dealership which is over 2 hours away, I based my decision on reviews and I am so glad I did. It was definitely worth it. He even spent his entire Friday delivering the car!

Toyota backs their product! - reberts
I have a 2011 Toyota Rav4. It had paint peeling problems (for that year and paint code) for which I was sent an unsolicited notice early 2020 after car is 9 years old to take in for evaluation to have a repaint evaluation under a recall for that issue. The evaluation was approved and they re-pained the whole vehicle no charge. I did not expect this, I am so impressed that Toyota backs up their product to this degree and the courtesy and professionalism of the service staff at Erin Park being Nick and Kiril that I dealt with were just outstanding. I am a Toyota customer for life and will always go to Erin Park for my Toyota needs.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The most horrible experience I have endured when purchasing a vehicle. I was pressured into purchasing a warranty after declining on multiple occasions. I believe I said NO to the warranty at least 10 times during the sales process. Dylan Salame the Finance guy was a more pushy sales rep than my actual sales person.
On his second or third attempt to persuade me he said don't worry, if its not right for you, you can cancel. Each time I turned down the warranty he would counter with another reason why I "NEEDED" to get it. I had my two year old daughter with me and she was starting to get very agitated with how long it was taking. He continued to drag on the sales process by pursuing the warranty. He even played the part where his printer wasn't working and we needed to wait while he prints the documents on another printer which delayed things further. After over an hour of me refusing, I caved and accepted his offer just to be able to get out of there.
The next day I called and emailed him to cancel the extended insurance policy. He wouldn't answer my phone calls or emails. After sending a text message telling him that I would be writing a review about my experience he quickly called me back. He said that there is no cancellation on warranties (which contradicted his sales pitch) and then told me there is nothing he or I can do. He pleaded for me not to write a review, which I didn't as I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
I read the contract I signed the following day and it clearly states that there is a 30 day cancellation period. I contacted the company that issues the warranty and they confirmed I was well within my rights to cancel. They even sent multiple emails on my behalf to request the dealership to cancel the policy.
I tried reaching out to the dealership, Dylan and upper management. No one would get back about the situation. Around a week after my initial purchase the dealership closed operations due to Covid-19.
Now months after the original issue, Dylan is no longer with the dealership and they still refuse to call me back. These criminals have stolen thousands of dollars from me and tarnished Fords name. I will be taking this matter above the dealership and reaching out to Ford Canada to see if I can receive more responsiveness.

February 7, 2020. Very disappointed! Pulled off QEW at Guelph Line as wipers broke and roads were wet. Driving from Grimsby, I pulled into Burlington Toyota dealership hoping someone could help me as this was a safety issue and I was unable to drive to Mississauga. I was turned away as the 2 service advisors indicated there were no mechanics in. This was at 7:30 a.m. The 2 service advisors did not even take a look at the car to see if it was a simple fix. They said they couldn’t help me or do anything. I made the decision to circle back to my dealership, RedHill Toyota in Stoney Creek and although they were not open, the service advisor at RedHill immediately was willing to help. I always receive 5 star service at RedHill Toyota. They care about Toyota owners and this is very much appreciated. Burlington Toyota you should be ashamed! What if this situation ended in an accident? You could have helped! Sometimes you need to put down your morning coffee and go above and beyond for Toyota owners!

Best car purchase experience ever! Nin, was an exception sales representative, with no pressure to purchase. Got me the answers to all my questions, and called other staff into our conversation to get in depth details about the car. They will not sell you a sub-standard vehicle. My car has 49,000km and they serviced the brakes, changed the oils, changed the clutch and 4 new "N-spec" tires. The work was not absolutely necessary, but they brought the car back to new condition. Nin gave me a tour of their sales facility and workshop in the back, and Dave showed me the original parts removed from the car to assure me that the car was not abused by the prior owner. Nin showed me my car on a lift, and gave me the keys for a test drive, with no issue. Upon vehicle pickup they presented me a bottle of wine, and the staff congratulated me on my purchase. I would not buy a used exotic from any other dealership. On top of it all, I believe I paid a very fair price for the car; LOVE IT!

We have been customers at 401/ Dixie Hyundai [Future Hyundai] for 24 years. We have purchased 7 vehicles from them over the years. the sales staff have always been top-notch especially Maria Olenik. what kept us loyal customers was the service center run by Jody Clarke. It disheartened me to find out a few weeks ago that Jody Clarke was no longer the service manager. I've bee in for service twice for our two vehicles since he's been gone and the atmosphere has changed in the service department. No courtesy car wash anymore. The advisors seem more interested in selling services and parts I didn't ask for. I am sure I'm not the only one that was loyal to the dealership because of Jody Clarke. He will be missed. I have another Hyundai dealership minutes from my home but chose to drive out to 401/Dixie Hyundai. I may have to rethink if it's worth the drive anymore
