Dropped a tranny in my 2018 van, just outside warranty of course, however, conveniently have a replacement on shelf. Never again. It’s amazing how a transmission will fail with no warning and nobody will help you out after purchasing prior vehicles there. Won’t recommend dodge to anyone

Upon arrival at dealership we were.greeted.by friendly staff. Showroom and grounds were immaculate.
Financing was arranged through dealership, handled by Micheal V,and was a snap. They knew I had a long drive home so they made it very easy.
I arrived and all paperwork etc. was in order. I simply had to sign the paperwork and have a look at my new vehicle to ensure I was happy.

I took my 3 year old vehicle here for service for a slight squeal coming the rear rotor that I wanted checked out. I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning but the vehicle was not looked at until 2:30 with pick up at 3. The pads and rotors were just replaced at the same dealership a little under a year ago. When I arrived, I was informed by the service advisor that all four calipers were seized and required replacement, as well as the rotors were "cooked", and required match cut service or replacement, the pads needed replacing and the brake fluid needs flushed and replaced. All this for a meagre $2500. I was told the wheels were not free spinning and that when the calipers were pushed back in the wheels free spun. My thoughts were the calipers would not retract if they were seized. I told them I wanted a second opinion and was made to sign a waiver to say that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. I have since had a second opinion from a reputable garage and their findings were that the pads, rotors and calipers were all in good shape and not seized and the brake fluid was fine. All that was needed was the rear calipers were a bit dirty and needed cleaned up but otherwise free. The pad had picked up something which was causing the squealing. Repair cost from reputable garage $90. I realize that business has taken a hit due to co-vid but you shouldn't be making up your profit loss with my wallet or anyone else's for that matter. I hate to think how many people have fallen for this unsafe vehicle high pressure ruse not knowing any better. You should be ashamed of yourself for straight up lying and deceitful business practices. Please do not reply to me as I will not be using your establishment for repairs in the future. This is merely a heads up for other customers thinking about using your establishment for repairs.

So last week my engine blew in my brand new 2019 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack Widebody with only 3,800km on it, I live a 2 minute drive from Dewildt so I took my car there for them to do a diagnostic on it and tell me what happen and order me a new engine because i knew it was a manufacturing defect, right away they (Mitch the Service Advisor) and (Dominic Service Manager) gave me horrible response as to why they shouldn’t work on my car and how I should not service my car there because I didn’t buy it from there, also reminding me a couple times that if they ordered me a new engine it wouldn’t be able to get here until mid-late August. Also telling me that they won’t be able to do a diagnostic until the next week, and finally saying how they wouldn’t be able to give me a rental car for more than 5 days. This is absolutely horrible service never again will I go back there. Mopar is mopar, Dodge is Dodge. There is absolutely no reason they had to treat me like that. Disgusting.

Showed up to test drive a Golf R - car was on the lot for about 6 weeks, apparently. To do a test drive, we had to hand over a credit card. The car was super dirty inside and out. Trade in evaluation was interesting. We told them our odometer was broken but booked in for service. Their guy told us the odometer was not broken. We explained he was looking at a trip and not the odometer. Needless to say we moved on, never to return.
