Impressive clean building, all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Beverly represented herself in a professional manner and answered all the questions we had which were several as I have never driven a GM vehicle. She gave us all the time we needed in her office as well as in vehicle test drives. Bounsay was very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with, (great personality and very funny), I appreciated the no pressure sales of this dealership. He answered my questions and was respectful of my time constraints. I felt he was straight forward and honest when finalizing the purchase. The vehicle was immaculately detailed and two specific requests I made were completed. Small things they me feel that my business was valued. Paid well over $50 thousand for GMC Denali, Now that they have my money they have gone dark and don't respond to my e-mails regarding my plates from other vehicle and problems I'm having with the Denali. So disappointing as they seem they couldn't do enough for you. But once they have your money the niceness is gone. Truck wasn't detailed and not sure if it was even checked over. Still waiting for a reply soon, I hope. waited and sent J Gibbs another e-mail with no responce. wont deal with them again.

I had purchased a car and brought it to them for a full checkup. two weeks later as i'm driving the engine coolant light comes on. I had no leaks and the radiator was only half full. No to mention parts they changed that my mechanic told me would have cost me half the price. Total neglect in their part. I wouldn't bring a wheelbarrow there for service. I bet Canadian Tire has better mechanics. No more dealerships for me. Find a good mechanic and save lots of money!!!
