Michael Fallon was excellent from the time we entered the showroom, as was the entire staff. He listened to what our budget was and was very understanding knowing my husband is unwell. Staying late on a Friday after closing to make sure everything was in order. We did purchase and I can 't be happier with the service and the vehicle.. I was very pleased with the level of service and no sales pressure attitude at South Oakville Chrysler. Domenic L was very helpful when it came to the negotiations of some of the extended warranty pricing - I had a price point to hot and he worked with me to hit that point. The vehicle I was purchasing had some dealer installed options that needed some minor installation corrections and Eric G made sure these were fixed well with no questions asked. Overall, very good experience from the team at South Oakville - Eric G and Domenic L.

I was in the market for a new car and had been checking around. I was surprised that my previous Chrysler dealership could not match the price I was given by 5,000 dollars for a new car. In the process I met one of their newest Salesmen named Anis that reminded me of someone that comes from a smaller community . Oakville, like Guelph, where I am from, is not a big city dealership . From when I spoke on the phone to leaving the dealership I felt that I was dealing with new friends and will return whenever I need a vehicle. Thanks Anis and Umar, you make a good team. Hey Get this guys name (Anis) up on your list of employees, he's good!

I purchased my 2018 Grand Cherokee a few months ago from GO Auto Mississauga with approx 31 k. When I brought Jeep in for nail in tire, they advised me my maintenance service for 32k is up and the cost would have been over a 1000.00. Wow that type of cost just a few months after I purchased the vehicle, not impressed.
Iggy advised me the important maintenance to do now would be the front and back axel fluid. Me not knowing too much about vehicle repairs I said do it, even though I really only drive the vehicle short distances no 4x4 being summer, so along with tire repair, oil change etc, and the axel fluid, a cost of 512.00, better than a thousand. I have purchased many preowned vehicles and never a maintenance like this a few months after purchase.
The service was excellent, my four star rating is based on the 32k maintenance which should of been done being so close to this mileage when I purchased it.

I read a lot of positive reviews for this place ... Unfortunately, mine is the extreme opposite.
I have not had any previous experience dealing with Hunt Chrysler previously, but the one time I did, it was the first and absolutely the last time.
My complaint lies with one of the sales people (Taryn Williams) - She was the most incredibly rude ignorant and stupidest person I have ever dealt with (and this was ALL online). Luckily I never met her in person.
I was selling my Gr Cherokee Overland and she kept accusing me of outright lying about the Jeep and the mileage (even though she never met me nor did she even look at the odometer but said there was no way a Jeep would have such little mileage on it. She called me a liar without any backup OR asking me these questions and assumed the worst. The worst part is that she seemed to have backing from their "management team" which is the worst thing. Heres a thought --- Try to believe people for a change and not assume everyone is a liar.
She seemed to lack any intelligence whatsoever and never apologized for her errors in judgement and absolute rudeness.
I never write negative reviews but this one I had to. I thought she was the worst salesman I ever encountered and the negative assumptions and ignorance got the best of her --- because not only did they loose the business, they soiled their reputation.
People should be very cautious when dealing with this dealership and if you have the unfortunate experience of getting Taryn, RUN FOR THE HILLS !!!!! She is by far, the worst salesperson I have ever encountered (and I've dealt with tons of them before). She should be reprimanded for her actions and her ignorance/stupidity. AVOID AVOID AVOID ...

The worst experience I ever had with a dealership there word means nothing. I paid deposit on Saturday for new van n got A draft for the remaining amount on Sunday n they said ur van delivery will be on July 31. What I never got a call back so I called on Tuesday n Asked for the vin number. They said we will call u tomorrow. What they never called so I called again on Wednesday n then they said they don’t have the van I ordered what they have higher model n I have to pay more money now. I wasted a week n got no van. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone n they have the worst Customer service possible.

I purchased back 3 years ago when it was Parkway Chrysler and have now been informed my warranty is not what it was supposed to be. Needless to say I was informed I would have to contact the previous owners of this location.
I have a warranty that I was scammed on by the previous owners and I am getting no help from this location or Chrysler themselves.
BEWARE of what's actually written in your paperwork, don't just sign hoping they did it like they tell you. This mistake cost me $5000. Don't make the same mistake I did.
