We recently purchased a 2020 Grand Cherokee through Ontario Chrysler on Dixie road.
Although never having purchased a vehicle through the dealership, we were treated as though we had purchased vehicles there on a regular basis. Oscar treated us like royalty, answered all questions, and never hesitated to clean the snow off so we could test drive a vehicle. He negotiated an extremely fair deal for us with the " big BOSS MAN Dave" and delivered on time. He even programmed my favorite Sirius channels for me !
To all those that read this review, get your butt into Ontario Chrylser and ask for Oscar. You won't be disappointed.

Dealing with Alissa in making our recent purchase of a new Wrangler from Go Auto Mississauga was a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable about the product and available options/configurations. Her availability and communication style were excellent and consistent regardless of whether it was in person, via phone, text or email. She was also very honest and worked hard to make sure we had all the information we needed in making this significant purchase. She even provided a congratulatory gift for each of our kids and my wife and I. All around, it was a very good experience which was a nice surprise given that I generally have very little enthusiasm for the overall process of buying a new vehicle. She has set the bar high for her service counterparts to meet as we maintain our new purchase.

LEADERSHIP HERE IS A DISASTER! I'm not sure how this dealership makes deals. Our sales person was excellent. My wife decided to purchase a car there and we went to buy it. The salesperson said that the dealership posted good prices, so negotiations were for hundreds, not thousands of dollars. Message was clear. My wife offered $495 less than the posted price of 28,995, so about 1.5% of the price. She also asked for snow tires and rims, which the dealership sells (would guess the cost to the dealership to be about $500-600). The Sales Manager (part-owner?) came out, introduced himself, and announced he 'had good news and bad news and they are the same' - no change in price and no snow tires. His attitude was abrupt, arrogant and rude. We said we wanted to have another look at the vehicle, and he reminded us that the dealership closed in 5 minutes. This was NOT a person interested in making deals. He was completely inflexible and lost the deal for the salesman over $250. If he had moved even that much, my wife would have happily bought the vehicle. Now, instead of a happy customer who would recommend the dealership to others and would be a repeat customer; the Manager lost a deal for his salesman for no good reason, destroyed a customer relationship, and generated a negative review. I'd be happy to review the circumstances with the majority owner of the dealership. How you say things to customers is at least as important as what you say. BTW, we later learned that this Sales Manager has a reputation in the industry for this kind of behaviour. STEER CLEAR!

My husband and I went in yesterday to finance two new vehicles. After back and forth for 2 hours. Your final offer was $80.00 a month higher than we wanted. We left and were not contacted. We were told repeatedly that it is month end and no deal would be refused. We were also told any requests would not be refused without working something out.(ex: snow tire and rim). After discussing together with a family member, we have decided to purchase 3 new jeeps. Just want you to know how dissatisfied we are with try this experience.

Purchased a 2020 Ram 1500, dealt with salesman,sales manager,managers brought forward my concerns , all I got were denials and stonewalling.
Charged fees like etching,freight,admin fee,nitrogen,air tax, even the omvic fee on top of their all in Omvic mandated pricing policy.
Hid from me the fact that there was a $2500 loyalty bonus, then used bonus to rationalize the illegal charges. Offered me $29000 on trade actually gave me $25,663
Calls,voicemails were not returned ,worst service immaginable.
Wouldnt tell me what sound system was in it,said they couldn't find out, salesman admitted 30 minutes before delivery that the system wasn't the one I wanted. Even kept my hitch!
I would advise everyone to stay away from Brampton Chrysler if you value your sanity.

He was straight, friendly and honest to the point were we didn't have to ask about the small dents here and there. He went ahead and pointed those out and offered a decent price cut in return.
Although I didn't buy the car at the end because it wasn't exactly what my wife wanted but I felt that those guys really deserves a thumbs up.

After years of buying from and recommending this dealership, will never set foot in the place again. Discovered at turn in time of a lease there were 2 versions of a lease signed at time of purchase. The “oh well” attitude of Bobin was truly astounding and despite assurances from Hugh Brennan of a thorough accounting of compliance, nothing was explained nor admitted to. A simple “we messed up” and an apology may even have kept me as a customer. Instead, I’m reporting the whole thing to OMVIC. Thoroughly DISGUSTED!
