I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. I am a single female and was hesitant to walk into any dealership on my own. The first day I walked in, I was greeted by Mike James. He was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable during the test drives, while we discussed my options and he was always available to answer my questions and got back to me right away.
When I finally made the decision to buy my Wrangler, I was greeted by Alex and Mike Pearce. They did a great job of explaining everything to me, accommodated my many requests and told me that when I was ready to take the hard top off the Wrangler, they would come to my home to help me... talk about great costumer service!!! :)
When the big day finally arrived to pick-up the Wrangler, Mike James took the time to pick me up from my home and brought me to the dealership, since I wasn't able to get dropped off. (I really appreciated that Mike J!)
I've purchase vehicles in the past from other dealerships and have never gotten the same care and amazing customer service as I did with Hunt Chrysler Dodge/Jeep in Milton. You guys are the best! I'll see you all this summer for that 'wind in my hair' experience.

The location is so practical. The agents at the service desk are nice, knowledgeable and they follow up. I never had someone making empty promises. The repairs are well done and so rapid. In my line of work, I take care of cars from high end to collectibles and this dealership is by far the best one and my favourite.

Lied about a truck - Gododgesucks
This is the worst example of a dealership.. seen a truck on there web page.. drove 2.5 hrs to view the truck with a confirmed appointmen with Rebecca. Got to the dealership she was gone home already.. another staff showed me a different truck doe 10g more said the truck I wanted was on a different lot. After to days of email the sales manager informed me it was already sold 10 minutes after this incompitent staff gave me pricing.. truck went from 39 to 58g in 2.2 seconds!!! xxx. Then priced me the same model truck when from 313 biweekly to 360.. do not deal with the lies at this place.

I don't bring my Jeep in for regular service. Cooksville Dodge is to expensive. Recently I had a recall notice to replace the passenger side air bag so I booked an appointment to have the recall work done. I brought the car in and had the work done. The day after the service was done I noticed a buzzing sound coming from behind the glove compartment when I accelerated.I called Cooksville service to check what it could be. I thought that perhaps it was a loose nut or washer that was making the vibrating sound. I was told that there would be a $70 inspection fee if nothing could be found. I was sure that the new vibrating sound was a result of some error that the mechanic made on replacing the air bag. The mechanic checked the work that had been done previously but could not find anything wrong and the noise continued. I did some research for similar vibration noises and found that the glove compartment was not properly installed after the initial work was done and even after the mechanic had checked again the second time. So I brought it back. Another mechanic by the name of Mike checked it an installed the glove compartment correctly and the buzzing noise was gone. Thank you Mike. So apparently the first mechanic was incompetent and installed the glove compartment incorrectly not just once but twice. Now I paid $70 for this incompetent mechanic to incorrectly replace the glove compartment and felt that the money should be refunded since he incorrectly attached the glove compartment twice. I was promised by the service advisor, Kathy, that if the noise could be attributed to their faulty workmanship that the money would be refunded to me. However when discussing this with the service manager he refused to refund the money claiming that the noise problem had been fixed. I found the service manager unsympathetic to my cause and actually uncaring. This is not the first time that I have had problems with the service department at Cooksville. I have Gold Member Warranty status which I paid extra for when I purchased the car. After one year the window defogger was not working so they replaced it. That was good no charge to me as it was covered under warranty. A few months later the window defogger was not working again so I returned and was told that the work was covered under warranty for a year. I assumed that the repair would have been done at no cost to me. I assumed wrong. They went ahead and did the repair without informing and then said that the work was not covered under warranty. So I paid $75 to get my vehicle. Another time when the light in my console burned out I brought the car in and asked if the replacement of the light was covered under warranty. I was assured by the service advisor that it was covered so I left my vehicle to have the work done. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was surprised to find out that it was not covered under warranty and that I would have to pay $75. If the advisor had told me that it was not covered under warranty I could have fixed the burned out light by myself for $10. As you can read from my account , you cannot trust the service department at Cooksville Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I would not recommend their service department for anything. I will definitely not return to have any work done there anymore even for recall notices. In future I will bring my business elsewhere.

I brought my truck in for my scheduled appointment for Thursday at 8.30 a,m.
I received a call in the afternoon that the truck needed lower ball joints,
I said no problem they would call me Friday no call, on Saturday I left a
message to call me no call, Monday I call waited 5 minutes the call re routes back
to the reception, I was told the service is busy could I call later.. They don't need my
business next visit I will go somewhere else...

I purchased back 3 years ago when it was Parkway Chrysler and have now been informed my warranty is not what it was supposed to be. Needless to say I was informed I would have to contact the previous owners of this location.
I have a warranty that I was scammed on by the previous owners and I am getting no help from this location or Chrysler themselves.
BEWARE of what's actually written in your paperwork, don't just sign hoping they did it like they tell you. This mistake cost me $5000. Don't make the same mistake I did.
