I am disappointed at the failure to honor the 1year... - Caddyowner
I am disappointed at the failure to honor the 1year service warranty for GM dealership work.
I came in to check the engine light code P0017 which I had read through my own OBD reader, I told the service advisor, this same code appeared with the previous owner back in Feb 2020 and the vehicle was serviced for same code (showed the papers) and the solenoids were replaced.
When the vehicle was taken in, I was not told that I will be charged for the diasgnotics (i assumed this to be the case due to repeat code P0017). However, when my vehicle was returned suggesting timing chain replacement, I was asked to pay $169.99 for diagnostics.
I did make a point of telling the advisor that the code was same P0017 as in Feb so at the minimum I would have expected the cost for diagnostics should be covered. To may utter dismay he declined.
I decided not to pursue with the work, I am sure there are other dealerships in GTA who have much better approach on costing.
Thrilled with being treated like a somebody - Cindy-Lou J
I would highly recommend Kenny of Markville GM ... he took the time to make sure I was well informed about the vehicle and options, actually the entire staff was friendly and attentive even though I was only buying a used car, most impressed. I am the happy new owner of a 2014 Chevy Cruze.

2018 Chevy Volt service - SHO BOAT
Took my car for regular maintenance, oil change, transmission fluid change - my choice, tire rotation, and was extremely happy with the work. Supplied my own fluids of choice, no problem.
Go there for your service.

Inquired on a used "coming soon" pick up truck on their website. Had to follow up twice for details, only to be told it was sold. Really? Thanks for wasting my time.
Great customer service - kennyd30
I didn't bought my 2017 Cadillac XT5 at nurse, but I get my servicing done at nurse and the service adviser or off the chain, I went in recently for some warranty work and as usual I was not disappointed, the technicians did a awesome job in correcting the problem, but i must make special mention of Christina, awesome personality did fantastic in catering to all my needs including getting me a rental, if you have a GM vehicle never think twice about nurse.
Extremely poor customer service - AES
I would give it zero stars if I could Took my vehicle to Hogan Chevrolet for a simple oil change today. Appointment for 9:30 am. I realize I am at the dealership & it’s gonna take longer than one of the quick oil change places so I come prepared with games to play on my phone & a book to read. After patiently waiting 2 hours the sales rep comes back to her desk ( after being gone approximately 15 mins) & I ask how much longer. She goes away for about 10 mins during which time I see my vehicle out back still waiting to be brought in & then she comes back to inform me that there is 1 car ahead of me. I tell her I am NOT waiting any longer so she gives me my keys & I leave. I call to the dealership & the sales person who answers says she will transfer me to the Operational manager then proceeds to tell me to have a nice day even though she knows how pissed I am already so she just pisses me off more by saying that. The Operational manager (John?) listens to my story & proceeds to ask me “Oh, why did that happen”? I tell him how do I know, I don’t work there. What a xxxxxxx!!!! He basically tells me there’s nothing he can do & I tell him to take me off their list as I will never come back or recommend anyone to go there. I told him the only way I would ever come back is if I am guaranteed to be in & out in less than 30 mins & it’s done for free but his response was nobody can do it that fast. I am also going to send a written complaint to whoever I can find to complain to as this is extremely poor customer service. FYI after leaving Hogan, I still had to take my vehicle for the oil change that didn’t get done & I was in & out in less than 10 mins.
Poor service - Customer
The sales department is quite good but their service department is very poor and inefficient. They can never find the problem on warranty issues but are always willing to up sell on other “repairs”. Note: service advisors are on commission
Transmission repair - GMstinks
My Pontiac vibe was shifting just a touch late from 1st gear into second. No big deal, I'll just bring it in to the professionals that know my car best. After a week the car still shifted late but now it was leaking fluid too. I spent $2000 and basically had the manager mocking the car I purchased shrugging his shoulders and saying well, what are you gonna do. GM head office was no help. I had an independent shop repair the car. They brought to my attention that the dealer also bent an axle while "repairing" my car. Nice job Giles! To bad you will never get any more of my money and GM won't either. No wonder you are in such financial troubles.
