When I first started my car search Gus Brown was the second dealership I went to, That's where I first met Eric and tried a 2017 Chevy Sonic. But I just wasn't ready to commit to a particular car/brand. No matter. It was still a very good first impression as I did not feel pressured in the slightest. I then went to numerous dealerships in the Durham Region/GTA and tried different makes/models. Unfortunately, I did not have such a good experience at all of these establishments. And when I finally made my decision as to what I wanted to drive, I didn't think twice. I went back to Gus Brown in Whitby. Eric and Trudy made the whole experience very pleasurable and seamless. Would I recommend Gus Brown? Like I said, I wouldn't think twice. From the first minute I stepped into the dealership to the moment I left, it was an awesome experience!

Took my car for regular maintenance, oil change, transmission fluid change - my choice, tire rotation, and was extremely happy with the work. Supplied my own fluids of choice, no problem.

Don’t return your lease here, they won’t stop the payment, returned my lease there and got another payment taken out 8 business days later! They didn’t take the time to call GM financial and stop my old truck payments and said they won’t pay me back the payment, not attentive.
Transmission repair - GMstinks
My Pontiac vibe was shifting just a touch late from 1st gear into second. No big deal, I'll just bring it in to the professionals that know my car best. After a week the car still shifted late but now it was leaking fluid too. I spent $2000 and basically had the manager mocking the car I purchased shrugging his shoulders and saying well, what are you gonna do. GM head office was no help. I had an independent shop repair the car. They brought to my attention that the dealer also bent an axle while "repairing" my car. Nice job Giles! To bad you will never get any more of my money and GM won't either. No wonder you are in such financial troubles.
