Great second experience! - Deborah.cartwright
This is the second time I’ve purchased a vehicle from Johnny. Walked into the dealership Tuesday and picked up my new Dodge Ram 3 days later. They were very fair on my trade-in and I felt I got the best price without a lot of negotiations. Tony was easy to deal with and had all the paperwork ready on pick up day. They even found a cell phone I had lost 6 months ago in my trade-in! Thanks Johnny and Tony!
Honest !!!!!! Great service - Outrageous
These people were so easy to deal with , they were honest , had a good selection of reasonably priced cars and customer service was top shelf . I highly recommend this dealership. I will be buying there again

Price Switch - Dismissive and unresponsive upon complaint - 2019Sentra
In December 2019 I purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra-V from Hunt Club Nissan in Ottawa.
I verbally agreed to pay $230 per month with bi-weekly payments. This would be a very low price for that car I believe. There was a lot of back and forth and phone calls to the manager on site at the time before the sales girl agreed to that price.
Unfortunately I signed all the paper work at $130 bi-weekly because I didn't notice the discrepancy. Not smart on my part.
I have zero proof whatsoever of the verbal agreement.
I noticed the problem when the first payment of $130 came out of my bank account. I waited for the next one thinking it might only be $100 but when the second payment of the month came out at $130 I looked at the paper work an noticed the price stated there.
I called OMVIC that day and talked to someone. They recommended I call the dealership to try to work something out.
I called the dealership. I spoke to the financing manager first, he was very dismissive and encouraged me not to contact OMVIC as it would be waste of time since all the paperwork doesn't back up my case. I called back and spoke to a sales manager, he was more open to hearing about the issue and even brought the sales person onto the call. I asked her what she remembered the price to be. I said "didn't we agree to $230 per month?" she said "I didn't think it was that low". So she lied or didn't remember. The sales manager was quite professional and assured me he would have his GM call me the following Monday. I have spoken to the GM and he was quite dismissive as well simply stating the paper says what it says so there is nothing that can be done, the phone must have lasted less than 1 minute or 2.
I worry that the dealership conspires to do this. They verbally agree on whatever price and put msrp on the bill of sale hoping people wont notice and even fewer will complain once they do. On the other hand this could of course be a simple one off mistake and they are trying to protect themselves from someone(me) they don't know if they can trust.
I am skeptical of the latter. Why wouldn't they care to fix the situation by at least apologizing and expressing sympathy for the situation I am in? The GM or anyone with real power made no effort to really understand the situation. I calmly voiced my extreme displeasure so that they would understand they have a very unhappy customer. Don't they want the dealership to have a good reputation? Wouldn't they try to explain how something like this could happen and apologize? I doubt they think I'm lying. All they know is I signed the paperwork at a price they like.
I do not care to get money back or have the deal changed at this point because I think that might be a lot to ask given my carelessness signing the paper work.
I believe there is a culture of unprofessional behavior at this dealership that results in fraud at times (allegedly).

They are a typical used car lot. Reselling damaged or stolen cars, grinding you on price and trade in and not caring about you once you have bought. You always have a feeling that you got screwed. You probably did. They have a decedent appearing selection and a few well meaning staff.
Pleasant Buying Experience - Happy SUV owner
Purchased a used vehicle from Janex Automotive and were very pleased with the whole buying experience. Jakob our sales person was most pleasant and professional as were the rest of the Janex group. Would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. They also had a lot of great vehicles to choose from in a variety of price ranges. Thank you to Jacob and all the Janex group.

not a happy client - woodfloor9999
I purchased a car at Global last spring. The salesman was extremely helpful at the time and put me in a BMW. I have driven the car very little, put less than 6,000 kms on the vehicle and am having all sorts of issues with the car. I sent four emails only one of which I received a reply, and am im not a happy client. I would never buy another car from this dealership
charged for work not done / horrible after sales service - rh
In fairness to the March Group, my experience is a year old now. When I bought my car, I was told that the only way that I could purchase the extended warranty was if I also paid for a $750 premium inspection, which would identify and correct any conditions that existed at the time of purchase. After paying for this service, I picked up my car, and immediately saw that there was a broken headlight, the cruise control was not functional and the check engine light was on. To make a long story shorter, I was without my car for 7 months, while they tried to fix problems that should have been identified during that $750 premium inspection. They also billed the insurance company (extended warranty) for many of these repairs, which is suggestive of why they might not have done them on their own in the first place.
I filed a complaint with the BBB, and as soon as the BBB saw that March Group was interested in settling up with me, they closed the file. March Group promptly stopped all efforts to settle with me afterwards.
I cannot say strongly enough just how negative an experience it was in trying to work with the March Group.
Terrible Sevice Department - szandi
Hi, I had my 2017 BMW X5 towed to otto's due to a flat tire. The car has sat there outside for two days. The service department tells me they would call back yet they never do. After being on hold and transfer 3 times finally someone told me that they still don't know and they will call me back.
The next day I was told that it would be in to take a look at in the morning. Once again I called back at 12 and they told me the representatives are very busy and they will call me back.
Few hours later the place is closed and no call back.
The tow truck driver told me that he could have a shop fix my nail in my tire for 24$ in 40 min. Since the car was new I decided to send it to Otto's not only are they going to charge me 60$ (this is outrageous when every other shop flat tire rate is between 20-30$) but now they think because the car has sat in that position for so long that the tire might not be repairable.
This is my 4th BMW and my first one was purchased at OTTO's and I had a terrible service experience and left to buy my other 2 from ELite. I gave Otto's another chance since it has been 10 years and the sales rep was really good. Unfortunately I still see that they have not gotten their act together.
Great atmosphere, love the staff - Pete

Absolutely no pain! - Ken Pole Ottawa
The VW Golf I purchased was absolutely clean and the only problem identified by my own mechanic (M.G. had no issues with me taking the car to him) was addressed expeditiously. I have no hesitation in recommending this family-owned business.
