July I was browsing the web and came upon Orr Motors having a specific vehicle I was interested in a 2015 Subaru Legacy. I stopped by and asked Erick if I could test drive the vehicle. They photocopied my license and I was off. I had the car out to myself for about 25 mins, fell in love, and then came back to talk financing.
The finance guy Sam is very laid back, was not pushy whatsoever in terms of sales and was able to secure a loan at a very good rate for my credit. It took a few tries though. At first I was declined, but BOTH Sam and I were determined to get the car I wanted.
At this point in time, I didn't have a vehicle at all and wanted to take delivery of my car A. S. A. P. and Orr Motors was happy to accomodate. The whole buying process took about 6 days from start-finish meaning finding the car on my phone to having it in my driveway.
Fast forward a month later, I was looking to upgrade the lackluster subaru battery and did the procedure incorrectly. Broke my car. I towed my car to Orr motors with minimal notice and the Service Manager Jacob handled the whole situation professionally, and respectfully despite being 4 days out of the dealer 30 day warranty. I was still taken care of.
Bless everyone at orr motors, you've made my first financed car a memorable one. Can't recommend them enough. 10/10

I purchased a car at Global last spring. The salesman was extremely helpful at the time and put me in a BMW. I have driven the car very little, put less than 6,000 kms on the vehicle and am having all sorts of issues with the car. I sent four emails only one of which I received a reply, and am im not a happy client. I would never buy another car from this dealership
Sal and Amar are the worst - beter used sucks
Better used cars this place is a piece of work full of lies and the worst customer care, lied about ownership, safety, sells poor quality cars. they got shut down but same people running it, they now call themselves Bank street motors. I had the worst experience dealing with this dealership. I would recommend ppl to think twice before dealing with these guys.
I happened to visit their showroom to enquire on a murano and they took MY DEBIT CARD if I have to be serious. They made me to sign the bill of sale under false pretence on the same day during negotiation, took 1000 CAD deposit and the funny part is I didn't even did a test drive of the car and was telling the sales agent as I wasn't still not sure of the colour.
When I requested them as i wasn't of the laws in Ontario and i'm from Quebec. They were rude and not obliged me as they started showing laws and legal stuff.
Any car buying experience should be sweet but these ppl had made me the saddest experience.

Ken Seger , He was soft spoken but this guy showed me the legal stuff and etc.

I would never recommended this dealership. They have taken money from me and have not delivered the product. They do not return messages, texts or emails. They hang up on you and are extremely rude to deal with. Please do a deep dive into reviews and you will see so many of us have had negative experiences. Look else where for a vehicle. If you so decide to buy from them go over the bill of sale on FINE detail. Don’t leave unless you have everything you paid for.

In fairness to the March Group, my experience is a year old now. When I bought my car, I was told that the only way that I could purchase the extended warranty was if I also paid for a $750 premium inspection, which would identify and correct any conditions that existed at the time of purchase. After paying for this service, I picked up my car, and immediately saw that there was a broken headlight, the cruise control was not functional and the check engine light was on. To make a long story shorter, I was without my car for 7 months, while they tried to fix problems that should have been identified during that $750 premium inspection. They also billed the insurance company (extended warranty) for many of these repairs, which is suggestive of why they might not have done them on their own in the first place.
I filed a complaint with the BBB, and as soon as the BBB saw that March Group was interested in settling up with me, they closed the file. March Group promptly stopped all efforts to settle with me afterwards.
I cannot say strongly enough just how negative an experience it was in trying to work with the March Group.

Hi, I had my 2017 BMW X5 towed to otto's due to a flat tire. The car has sat there outside for two days. The service department tells me they would call back yet they never do. After being on hold and transfer 3 times finally someone told me that they still don't know and they will call me back.
The next day I was told that it would be in to take a look at in the morning. Once again I called back at 12 and they told me the representatives are very busy and they will call me back.
Few hours later the place is closed and no call back.
The tow truck driver told me that he could have a shop fix my nail in my tire for 24$ in 40 min. Since the car was new I decided to send it to Otto's not only are they going to charge me 60$ (this is outrageous when every other shop flat tire rate is between 20-30$) but now they think because the car has sat in that position for so long that the tire might not be repairable.
This is my 4th BMW and my first one was purchased at OTTO's and I had a terrible service experience and left to buy my other 2 from ELite. I gave Otto's another chance since it has been 10 years and the sales rep was really good. Unfortunately I still see that they have not gotten their act together.
