I had a really good experience with the team at Southbank. We went in 4 separate times as we were in the process of determining the winter car situation for our family. Eventually we landed on the Jeep Wrangler and the team here managed to get us what we needed, at the price we wanted and had no issues when they had to go out of province to bring it in for us.
They made the process easy and simple. I would recommend the dealer and I am very happy with the new Jeep!

The two had made the experience less stressful and fast: however, never for a moment were either of these two pushy towards the sale of my used new to me 2017 Hyundai Elantra :)
My family had bought through my car in the past and they always make it worth while! I definitely recommend my car for the purchase of a used new to you car that has few km and great shape cars:)

I know, I know, I know! Why would I ever trust what a car dealership promised to do. But I did. When someone looks me in the eye and commits to something, I like to believe them. As the saying goes, "fool me once, shame on you … fool me twice, shame on me". There won't be a second time. Was told that repair work would be covered under warranty, and agreed to have the garage complete the work. In spite of this commitment, I was then presented with a substantial bill after the work was completed.

Better used cars this place is a piece of work full of lies and the worst customer care, lied about ownership, safety, sells poor quality cars. they got shut down but same people running it, they now call themselves Bank street motors. Sal and Amar are the worst they play alot of game please be smart and go some where else that is interested in your best interest not there own

I purchased a car at Global last spring. The salesman was extremely helpful at the time and put me in a BMW. I have driven the car very little, put less than 6,000 kms on the vehicle and am having all sorts of issues with the car. I sent four emails only one of which I received a reply, and am im not a happy client. I would never buy another car from this dealership

The van I purchased that was apparently safeties had really bad brakes. I had to take it to a different business to have them repaired.
The owner, Klem, was dismissive and derogatory. He even made statements on Facebook, thus public that I am a “goof”, and dismissed my concerns.

In fairness to the March Group, my experience is a year old now. When I bought my car, I was told that the only way that I could purchase the extended warranty was if I also paid for a $750 premium inspection, which would identify and correct any conditions that existed at the time of purchase. After paying for this service, I picked up my car, and immediately saw that there was a broken headlight, the cruise control was not functional and the check engine light was on. To make a long story shorter, I was without my car for 7 months, while they tried to fix problems that should have been identified during that $750 premium inspection. They also billed the insurance company (extended warranty) for many of these repairs, which is suggestive of why they might not have done them on their own in the first place.
I filed a complaint with the BBB, and as soon as the BBB saw that March Group was interested in settling up with me, they closed the file. March Group promptly stopped all efforts to settle with me afterwards.
I cannot say strongly enough just how negative an experience it was in trying to work with the March Group.
Terrible Sevice Department - szandi
Hi, I had my 2017 BMW X5 towed to otto's due to a flat tire. The car has sat there outside for two days. The service department tells me they would call back yet they never do. After being on hold and transfer 3 times finally someone told me that they still don't know and they will call me back.
The next day I was told that it would be in to take a look at in the morning. Once again I called back at 12 and they told me the representatives are very busy and they will call me back.
Few hours later the place is closed and no call back.
The tow truck driver told me that he could have a shop fix my nail in my tire for 24$ in 40 min. Since the car was new I decided to send it to Otto's not only are they going to charge me 60$ (this is outrageous when every other shop flat tire rate is between 20-30$) but now they think because the car has sat in that position for so long that the tire might not be repairable.
This is my 4th BMW and my first one was purchased at OTTO's and I had a terrible service experience and left to buy my other 2 from ELite. I gave Otto's another chance since it has been 10 years and the sales rep was really good. Unfortunately I still see that they have not gotten their act together.
