The one saving grace about Caron’s dealership is that they have this automaton that goes by the name of Ken Iselmoe that fills the ‘Sales Manager’ position. Why they couldn’t have hired a human, idk. Yes, he is convincingly human at face value but the whole facade breaks down when you try to have a conversation with him (or it, for that matter) and he keeps cutting you off mid-sentence like a broken record. I guess a greasy car-sales-bot is still pretty cool though.

I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent experience purchasing a car from The Car Club in Ottawa. I was looking online for a used car, and submitted a few online inquiries to a few used car dealerships. One called me back, seemingly unimpressed with my request, but Jeff from Car Club called me within a day and was extremely helpful and friendly.
Since we couldn't meet in person due to COVID-19, Jeff and I did everything over the phone and via text. He was polite, professional, easy to talk to and answered my many questions in a very timely manner. He took the time to understand my financial requirements and found a VW Beetle he thought I would like.
Jeff set up a test drive with Glen, who was also extremely polite, friendly and very conscious of social distancing. The car had been sanitized before I got there, and Glen never touched the car, so that it stayed that way. I test drove the car and within seconds I knew this was my new car. I called Jeff from the Car Club parking lot and told him I wanted the car. I picked up my new car two days later. The entire process took less than 5 business days to complete! All done virtually, with the exception of signing the paperwork (which was also done very carefully)!
This was my first experience with Car Club but it won't be my last! Superb customer experience and service. Extremely friendly and professional folks who truly listened to my situation and found something that worked for me. I LOVE my new car!!! She is gorgeous and rides like a charm!!! Jeff's salesman intuition was 100% right. Even during this pandemic, my car buying experience was the BEST I've ever had!

I purchased a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC43 recently. The transaction was seamless. Both Maroun and Jeff were excellent to deal with. Very responsive, and we had lots of communication between phone calls, emails, and texts. I live in Halifax and it was a remote transaction. Even with the challenges of being in Nova Scotia and also Covid-19 the transaction went perfect.
I would buy here again in heartbeat.

I purchased a car at Global last spring. The salesman was extremely helpful at the time and put me in a BMW. I have driven the car very little, put less than 6,000 kms on the vehicle and am having all sorts of issues with the car. I sent four emails only one of which I received a reply, and am im not a happy client. I would never buy another car from this dealership

In fairness to the March Group, my experience is a year old now. When I bought my car, I was told that the only way that I could purchase the extended warranty was if I also paid for a $750 premium inspection, which would identify and correct any conditions that existed at the time of purchase. After paying for this service, I picked up my car, and immediately saw that there was a broken headlight, the cruise control was not functional and the check engine light was on. To make a long story shorter, I was without my car for 7 months, while they tried to fix problems that should have been identified during that $750 premium inspection. They also billed the insurance company (extended warranty) for many of these repairs, which is suggestive of why they might not have done them on their own in the first place.
I filed a complaint with the BBB, and as soon as the BBB saw that March Group was interested in settling up with me, they closed the file. March Group promptly stopped all efforts to settle with me afterwards.
I cannot say strongly enough just how negative an experience it was in trying to work with the March Group.

Hi, I had my 2017 BMW X5 towed to otto's due to a flat tire. The car has sat there outside for two days. The service department tells me they would call back yet they never do. After being on hold and transfer 3 times finally someone told me that they still don't know and they will call me back.
The next day I was told that it would be in to take a look at in the morning. Once again I called back at 12 and they told me the representatives are very busy and they will call me back.
Few hours later the place is closed and no call back.
The tow truck driver told me that he could have a shop fix my nail in my tire for 24$ in 40 min. Since the car was new I decided to send it to Otto's not only are they going to charge me 60$ (this is outrageous when every other shop flat tire rate is between 20-30$) but now they think because the car has sat in that position for so long that the tire might not be repairable.
This is my 4th BMW and my first one was purchased at OTTO's and I had a terrible service experience and left to buy my other 2 from ELite. I gave Otto's another chance since it has been 10 years and the sales rep was really good. Unfortunately I still see that they have not gotten their act together.
