This dealership is simply second to none in Ottawa. Grant Schubert is likely the best salesperson we've ever dealt with. Thus this is the 3rd purchase/lease in a row that we've completed with Grant. I really like how he understands that some people like negotiating over email and text. No pressure to force us to come in. Then you have excellent sales managers who also practice no pressure techniques. Finally, what scares people the most when purchasing/leasing a new car, is the business manager. This time we dealt with Gilles Boucher, who like every other business manager we've dealt with at this dealership also subscribes to not pressuring his clients. Their service department is also extremely non-challant and effective. We love waiting in the waiting area - water and warm drinks at your disposal. Lastly, you must know by now that Ford/Lincoln continue to have excellent ratings. So what are you waiting for? Excellent brand, excellent models, excellent dealership, excellent salesperson, excellent management, excellent culture, and excellent after sales service. From top down, there are no flaws. We can only wish that all dealerships in Canada subscribed to this kind of "no pressure" culture.

Two months of total disregard for customer service.
Windshield and mirror replacementt work has had persistently unacceptable results, with what appears to be no accountability for such.
I find Jim Keay Ford Lincoln's 4+ star rating on this site to be extremely suspect 👎

I would recommend Sterling with my four visits to Sterling dealt with four different Advisor . Nothing to say about poor service. Today I stopped by to ask some questions And spoke to Timothy Burke he answered my question ,courteous,knowledgeable helpful.Booked appointment .Also very clean environment.

J ai acheté une voiture de luxe à grand prix et lors d un entretien usuel le service à endommagé la carrosserie. J ai fait une fiche negative chez ford et le propriétaire m a fait la leçon et insulté. Ce sont des amateur, très mauvais concessionnaire, à éviter.
Sold me a defective car - no recourse - Nomorefords
My new Ford Edge was damaged by the dealership prior to delivery. I noticed the next day. I was informed that I could not exchange the car ( as you would for any other damaged product). I requested gat the whole panel be replaced - they agreed. Upon pick up of the repaired car, I was told they had only touched up the paint issue! What?? The owner then said " it's too late to do anything now, you've put too many km on the car"?!??!
DO NOT buy a car at Campbell Ford.
