Very impressed with the level of customer service. The headlights on my 2011 335i were dipped too low and unable to adjust. Warranty company did not want to cover the replacement and my service advisor went to bat for me to make sure I didn't have to pay out of pocket. The Sales and aftersales experience at AutoWest is excellent. I will definitely return to them for my service and future car purchase.

Love the vehicle; don't love the service.
I recently had a loose panel that covers the exhaust and driveshaft reattached as it was missing 4 of the 6 bolts. BMW Victoria had recently repaired a warning light problem that took two visits to sleuth.
I love my BMW, but my recent service problems with this dealership would make it difficult to choose another BMW in the future. Serving is included in the cost, and there is not another dealership available.

Very bad experience with the reception .
I was there on Saturday morning to pick up my car which was dropped off over there on Friday night, unfortunately the receptionist didn’t listen to me carefully and I had to wait for one of the financial managers to get help for one hour. When the guy asked the receptionist about the key ,she didn’t bother herself even to look at her desk. Then the manager could find my key In 2 seconds looking at her desk himself!!!
Hope she was responsible enough not to waste my time .
Few of guys in this branch know what they are doing, and they are responsible and knowledgeable and helpful, but generally they try to sell their services then they transfer you to the main office if there is any problem.
I think there is something wrong with the system of sale .

This dealership KNOWS BMW and MINI.
I have a 10 year old BMW, and my wife a MINI Cooper S, a few years old.
They have the guys in the shop who know what they're doing!
I don't bother taking either of our cars to local 'backwoods' shops anymore.
The headaches just aren't worth it.
Have a BMW/MINI? Don't bring it elsewhere, or bother travelling off the Island.
I can't recommend them more!

The JP Scion’s Service Department is awesome!! I took my Subaru BRZ (mechanically identical to the Scion FR-S) in for an oil change today. The service techs notice rodent droppings in the engine bay (I park outside, no choice), and clean the entire engine bay for me free of charge. I was very happily surprise when I got home, popped the hood, and noticed how sparking clean the engine bay is. I did not expect them to do that. That is service way above and beyond my expectations. The prices are also very reasonable, much, much less than what Don Docksteader Subaru charged me for the same oil change. I also appreciate the free ride Downtown. Thanks JP Scion, you’ve earned yourself a repeat customer.
