Purchased a 2017 Elantra sport. car is good but customer service sucks. The sale manager Praf Adajania is a liar. First offered me $18,800 including admin fee, wheel locks and mud guards, but we agreed the final price of $18,300 including the things above. But after I picked up the car and noticed the mud guards and wheel locks are not there. When I called them and he said he removed it from the deal because I wasn't paying $18,800 for the car. And he had never told me that he would remove them of the deal before. Very disappointed, not because of the money (the two items are not expensive, it is the way they treated the customers). I would not recommend anyone buying car from them.

We recently purchased an SUV from Victoria Hyundai. The staff at this dealership were very friendly. Luisa was our sales consultant. She was amazing and was very knowledgeable about the SUV that we test drove. At no point were we felt pressured to buy. The day we picked up our Tucson, she had the car ready to go with a few gifts she had put in the console. This was a nice surprise. I would recommend this dealership and Luisa to all my friends and family.

When you purchase a car it is your right to now how much you are going to pay for a car? Not at this dealer ship more concerned about the payment. Dude I want to know how much you are selling the car for after a while the salesman came back $39,000 for a Hyundai are you nuts? LMFAO now I know why it was so hard to tell me the price even they know that this is ridiculous. Remember people ask the price when you purchase a car don't ask the payment as this is irrelevant until your credit is pulled.

experience with Hyundai previously but we were much impressed.
Professional and friendly,...this is a top notch outfit. Winter was
approaching fast and we did not require it immediately so it was
shipped via Canuck Transport to Kamloops 3 weeks later. Everything was
fixed as promised and they even included a brand-new 1.5 ton scissor
jack but I found one in the trunk. All in all, we can readily
recommend Lougheed Hyundai to any lower mainland customer. FANTASTIC!

We recently bought a 2019 Sante Fe and are so pleased with it. Initially we were apprehensive about so much new technology, but JAYSON GAZLOFF is such a knowledgeable person he made it easier to understand and he showed us how to program the options we wanted. Recalls - Hyundai
I was asked to come to a recall, when my auto was new, on the Seatbelt. My car was fine but i was told that if I didn't replace it with Recall, it would not be under warranty. Ever since the replacement, the airbag light comes on, showing me that it does not work, as I had a computer monitor put on it at an independent mechanic and they told me the seat belt does not work, and that I have the same problem with the passenger airbag. We have been driving around for 10 years with no airbags. JIM PATTISON HYUNDAI has REPLACED OR REPAIRED IT "6" or more times, I have all of the receipts, but it still lights up, after every fix. I am in danger of no seat belt working.
Now I have another dangerous driving problem with the sun visors coming down. They won't stay up and come down while I am driving. Does anyone else have that problem????? They have not been recalled, but they should be.
Thank you for your kind attention, as when I went on the facebook site, to reveal this problem, I got hacked and I am getting a whole lot of problems now and will cost me a lot of money to fix my computer, as well as my sun visors and airbags. WOW! I just don't have the money to repair these things, so have bought some velcro to fix the visors to stay up, which will deface my car that only has 55,000 KM on it.

I made a point of stopping by the SERVICE Department to set up an appointment as there were recalls that were required, this was Wednesday October 31/18 they were to get back to me later in the day to arrange an appointment as parts were required for the Recalls.
Its been over a week and I have yet to receive a CALLBACK OR EMAIL!
Given this I would NOT recommend PURCHASING or having my Vehicle SERVICED at JIM PATISSON HYUNDIA COQUITLAM.

brought my 2011 sonata for service, was quoted a price and left my vehicle, apparently some mechanical problems were found but i was not contacted with an updated estimate, work was carried out without my approval and upon picking up the vehicle my bill was approx. 6 times originally quoted. i feel that the service dept. is not being run to professional standards and would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy
