I was invited to come into the dealership to discuss options of trading in my 2014 Santa Fe. Once there, the staff attending to us immediately and began the appraisal process. Daniel and Jake were extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. I honestly was not looking to trade my Santa Fe in quite yet however after looking at some options is wasn’t long before we were running a pre approval with Kaleena. I had some shopping to do while I was in Kamloops, so they took my info and sent me on my way. Within an hour I received a call from Daniel saying there was good news and to come back to the dealership. At this time it was 5:50pm and the shop closes at 6. Not one of the employees seemed to mind that we were keeping them late. Everyone chipped in and had me out of there within an hour. I have never been so impressed. Right from the start I was shown what a great team is at Hyandai and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Bought my first Hyundai, an Accent, at Victoria Hyundai six years ago. Bought my second Hyundai, an Ioniq Hybrid, at Kot Auto Group Hyundai in Kelowna last year. I knew I wanted another Hyundai but couldn’t bear to repeat my previous experience in Victoria so bought my new one while I was on vacation in Kelowna. The difference was astounding. The Kot dealership treated me with respect and worked very hard to make me happy. In fact, they did not have the colour I wanted so they found one in Nanaimo. John and his family flew to the Isand, picked it up and delivered it to me in Victoria. Then they drove my Accent back to Kelowna. I’m so happy they now own the Victoria dealership because I won’t have to leave town when I’m ready to purchase my third Hyundai.
Worst car buying experience I've ever had - Pissedoff
The 2016 hyundai genesis has been the worst car I have ever bought. Abbotsford Hyundai has dropped the ball from the start delivering it to me moldy and half detailed.
For starters this car idles high when driving and just wants to take off randomly (super dangerous and feel like I'm going to die by ramming into the back end of a dump truck or something).
It also has multiple other problems as follows
1) the idle bounces all over the place at stop (they don't know how to fix it
2) The shifter has now started to rattle again after being repaired once (guess they can't fix that either
3) there is an ongoing rattle or clunking on the passenger side rear (never been fixed either)
4) Its starting to rust from the hood (I had paint protection added)
5) Drivers seat squeaks and squaks.
6) It restarts itself after I turn it off (they can't fix that either)
7) Navigation/stereo/back up camera system pops up with some error code in Korean with an ok button beside it and everything just doesn't work (not touching that ok button)
This all in 1 year and 10 months of owning this car that I wanted so badly and now would rather a basic toyota corolla.
In summary Abbotsford Hyundai can't fix the car at all and it keeps getting worse and worse. They have no accountability for this lemon and are above helping out with the cost of a trade. My car was $50,000 off the lot and is worse than a $3000 beater and Abbotsford Hyundai expects me to eat the loss because they are too broke or too cheap or there heads are too far up there a**es to give a crap about the customer experience because somehow its my fault that the car they sold brand new is terrible and I should have to pay.

and how much money I will cost Abbotsford Hyundai because they don't want to mitigate my cost of doing business with them??? Really great dealing with these guys. Don't think Jim Pattison dealerships would be so stingy and cheap to make a long term customer happy.

Brianne and Lance are amazing people in that dealership and are so honest and so easy to work with and communicate with, would not recommend anyother dealership except these guys and they can get anything you want! 10/10 service from the whole dealership, its really great to hear everyone takes so much pride in what they do in this dealership keep it up guys!
Service Charges - Frustrated
Charged over $230/hr for labor for regular maintenance work. it included a wheel alignment, brake service, emission service, replaced drive belt and an oil change. The total labor charge for 2.25 hrs of work was $523.

When you purchase a car it is your right to now how much you are going to pay for a car? Not at this dealer ship more concerned about the payment. Dude I want to know how much you are selling the car for after a while the salesman came back $39,000 for a Hyundai are you nuts? LMFAO now I know why it was so hard to tell me the price even they know that this is ridiculous. Remember people ask the price when you purchase a car don't ask the payment as this is irrelevant until your credit is pulled.

No pressure from salesperson Tony in purchasing 2015 Hyundaii (used in 2016) . Next purchase was a new Hyundaii Tucson in 2017. My Grandson also purchased a used Hyundaii V. with same salesperson. He guided us with detailed information re models of the Hyundaii’s. I have been on lengthy driving/camping trips to places like Prince Rupert and the Interior/Cariboo of BC. Car was comfortable ride, good on gas, no repairs, and plenty of room for all our camping gear. I am more than satisfied with my car and all aspects of Duncan Hyundaii Dealership. Although I now live in Victoria since last year I will continue having Duncan Dealership service my car!!

We recently shopped for a used but newer fuel efficient car in Kelowna. After several ho-hum experiences at other dealerships, we visited Kelowna Hyundai. Our experiences from sales team through multiple visits was excellent, informative, and never pushy. We felt like we were treated well and because of Connor McGowan, we stuck with this dealership and bought a 2017 Hyundai Veloster SE.

We had a very bad experience with them. Their service is bad and expensive. They charged us a lot and not doing anything. The oil light of our vehicle is coming on intermittently and we went there to see what is the problem. They did some inspection !!! and saying they do not know what is the problem. We spend $166 for nothing. Never back again. Very poor customer service. Wasting time and money.

I went with my girlfriend to buy a new car. I was dealing with Tomas Havelka. He was speaking only to me. Not looking at my girlfriend at all. We wanted to get the Hyundai Kona and my girlfriend wanted in Red. He said there are not red Kona available and that we should buy the Tucson. We really did not like it. It turns out that we bought the Hyundai Kona in the dealership of Hyundai because it was available. Terrible service.

I made a point of stopping by the SERVICE Department to set up an appointment as there were recalls that were required, this was Wednesday October 31/18 they were to get back to me later in the day to arrange an appointment as parts were required for the Recalls.
Its been over a week and I have yet to receive a CALLBACK OR EMAIL!
Given this I would NOT recommend PURCHASING or having my Vehicle SERVICED at JIM PATISSON HYUNDIA COQUITLAM.
