Very Positive Buying Experience - satisfied customer
Went to Crowfoot to inspect a used Sonata Hybrid listed on their website. Was introduced to Derrick Huck who quickly recognised that we were serious potential buyers. He quickly found the keys and was able to answer all questions during the test drive.. One of the things that most impressed me was that he was able to suggest how much of a discount from the listed price might be available. This eliminated all the usual time wasting haggling that is usually part of negotiations.. A deal was quickly done. I only hope my future dealings with the service dept will be equally positive. Also had a very pleasant discussion with the Sales Manager, Govan. Not sure why neither Derrick's nor Govan's name is prefilled on this review form. I guess the IT dept needs to try a bit better.

We were lured into buying a new car, which they get you to agree to a monthly price. They carefully don't reveal the final total price until hasty sigining session where papers are flipped over so you dont see details & you are rushed to sign quickly. They added many items we did not need or want then refused to cancel those items like $2500 extended warranty which Hyundai says you have 45 days to cancel. They also tricked us to take delivery by saying paint protect, anti-rust were done, then after we picked up, they admitted that was not done - but they still refuse to refund those uninstalled protections, and refuse to honour the salesman $300 quote for undercoating. Almost 4 months later, they still refuse to provide any copies of adjusted sales documents with details of what they did to adjust our final bill, instead telling us to get lost & try to sue them. Hyundai Canada was informed of all our complaints, but did nothing to help us resolve the issues. This is is our second & last Hyundai. product.

The sales people are all new now and today was not good due to attitude of the temporary sales staff.who were rude and were completely uncaring about their loud obnoxious music which they refused to turn down. It was so loud I had to wait in a combination of the Service Dept and outdoors mwhile my car was being serviced. Very unprofessional.

Misdiagnosed non start problem p - Cal
Misdiagnosed non start problem as faulty starter. I replaced starter & then they charged more time to finally correctly find a bad ground. Old starter reinstalled by me & vehicle started fine. I paid more then $650.00 for parts (not needed) & labour based on a misdiagnosed problem!!!! They should not have charged me again for a problem they misdiagnosed the first time. Don’t take your vehicle here for service they charged me for a technician who couldn’t do his job.

I just moved from Calgary so this was my first experience with Integrity and upon first glance, I would have given my visit five stars. The service staff was great and prices were about average for a dealership service. However, this morning when I went to brush my car off, I noticed that my license plate cover had been changed from Crowfoot (where I purchased the vehicle) to Integrity. While this may not seem like a big deal to some, I find it EXTREMELY SHADY AND PETTY. First of all, any alterations made to my vehicle need to consented to. It is my property, there for the removal is theft. Secondly, I did not purchase my vehicle at Integrity, so therefore it should not be an advertisement for Integrity. If you want to advertise your dealership, advertise it on the vehicles you sell. Do not capitalize on the fact that vehicles purchased at other dealerships come through your shop. It is very disappointing that there is no other Hyundai dealerships in Lethbridge.

My husband and I came to Leduc Hyundai with a unique financial situation. We never thought we would get into a new SUV. Jesse worked hard to get us a loan and we drove home a brand new Santa Fe the same day we went in. Although we live a hour away we would be happy to visit this dealership again!

We brought up a mechanical concern and were charged $100 for them to give us a bulletin saying that our concern is a characteristic of this make and model. Just does not sit well with me.

I purchased a used 2013 Honda Civic EX from this dealership and was generally satisfied with the price ad condition of the vehicle. They did not provide me with a second key and all these cars come with on. secondly I was not aware of locking wheel nuts and they did not provide me with the key to unlock them. this made me wonder what kind of predicament that would leave me in had I had a flat tire. could not even change to the spare. Additionally, I received from them an inspection certificate passing the car. Now I wonder if the wheels were inspected or just passed over because they didn't have the key. Additionally if it was inspected, then they did have the key and did not provide it to me. So far I have only been given a run about on this issue. they could do the right thing and repair it gratis since if it was inspected, they lost the key. Alternatively, it would be a criminal offense had they neglected the inspection. So far this is one unhappy customer. I would have to get some satisfaction on this issue before I would consider buying from Murray Hyundai again either new or used vehicle.
