We recently purchased a luxury Santa Fe from salesmen Lloyd Osler and Levi Nelson. These gentlemen were both experts in their field and salesmen who knew how to approach clients ( both female and male ) with dignity, caring and respect.
Lloyd Osler in particular, is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle, and an excellent teacher and explainer of new technology. He spent time with us to truly explain all the gifts of the vehicle and left it open for us to contact him in the future, should the need arise. Lloyd was always succinctly upfront and honest in his salesmanship. He truly sought out our needs and tailored the sale to meet those. Without this, we would not have purchased from Hyundai.

Our first stop in the search of a new SUV also turned out to be our last due in large part to the excellent service we received from Mark. Mark was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in going over the features of the vehicle we were interested in buying. His attention to detail, even the seemingly insignificant ones like demonstrating how the trunk of the SUV could more effectively fit my dog's crate, is outstanding. Mark went above and beyond in ensuring our experience with Southtown Hyundai was a very positive one and we ended up buying the vehicle that same day :) A shoutout to Derek who dropped off the vehicle to us and went over the features of the SUV again to ensure I was well equipped and felt comfortable driving it right away. Haneef, the Finance Manager, was also very helpful, friendly and courteous in making the overall experience a good one.

Left vehicle for an oil change picked it up to find a bill of over $500, they had phoned during the day with an initial cost of $2800! It took them four consultations to serve me with a final bill of $242 which I felt was somewhat reasonable, but still high with their so called miscellaneous shop charges, admin overhead, etc. They come across as nice people but constantly hustling for more money and services. All my mechanic colleagues agree you don’t need everything they hustle at those kilometres; I feel sorry for the elderly or innocent victims who are unaware and take people at their word. What happened to the honest neighbourhood mechanic who told you the truth? Now you have to pay for all the overhead, showrooms, bling, etc. Once warranty has expired they are no longer acting in my best interest, I’m going to a private, honest mechanic.

I just moved from Calgary so this was my first experience with Integrity and upon first glance, I would have given my visit five stars. The service staff was great and prices were about average for a dealership service. However, this morning when I went to brush my car off, I noticed that my license plate cover had been changed from Crowfoot (where I purchased the vehicle) to Integrity. While this may not seem like a big deal to some, I find it EXTREMELY SHADY AND PETTY. First of all, any alterations made to my vehicle need to consented to. It is my property, there for the removal is theft. Secondly, I did not purchase my vehicle at Integrity, so therefore it should not be an advertisement for Integrity. If you want to advertise your dealership, advertise it on the vehicles you sell. Do not capitalize on the fact that vehicles purchased at other dealerships come through your shop. It is very disappointing that there is no other Hyundai dealerships in Lethbridge.

I went there to get my vehicle looked which I bought a Chev Trax used from them. They would not even bother to put a scan on it just wanted me to go to a gm dealership. The extended warranty I got is not valid at any gm locations! So what a waste of my money!

I purchased a used 2013 Honda Civic EX from this dealership and was generally satisfied with the price ad condition of the vehicle. They did not provide me with a second key and all these cars come with on. secondly I was not aware of locking wheel nuts and they did not provide me with the key to unlock them. this made me wonder what kind of predicament that would leave me in had I had a flat tire. could not even change to the spare. Additionally, I received from them an inspection certificate passing the car. Now I wonder if the wheels were inspected or just passed over because they didn't have the key. Additionally if it was inspected, then they did have the key and did not provide it to me. So far I have only been given a run about on this issue. they could do the right thing and repair it gratis since if it was inspected, they lost the key. Alternatively, it would be a criminal offense had they neglected the inspection. So far this is one unhappy customer. I would have to get some satisfaction on this issue before I would consider buying from Murray Hyundai again either new or used vehicle.
