Dropped off my car at 9:20, was told it takes an hour for tire change!!!!! Went back at 12, they said there were cars parked in front of mine and they couldn’t get my car out! Turns out that was a lie too an tire change!!!!! Went back at 12, they said there were cars parked in front of mine and they couldn’t get my car out! Turns out that was a lie too and the car and they hadn’t even started the car. I left at 1:30 pm, 4 hours later. Terrible service…accidents happen and if they hadn’t lied I would have forgiven them but I will never trust them again! More
