First time and last time. Dealership is dirty. Staff seem welcoming but its a fake welcome, and then try to up sell your service. Only went in for an oil change, waited Dealership is dirty. I was on-time and the service team was late. They over charged for a simple oil change, 20% higher than other GM. Service adviser had a fake smile on and the service manager was no help when asking why they are charging excessively for a simple oil change. I will never go back and recommend no one to this dealership. More
