Kris, after lengthy conversations on the phone with yourself and emails between us and the vehicle owner, we have not stated once that we would not diagnose and fix the issue in question, only noted that nothing was stated on file regarding this issue, making it difficult to investigate as it was a verbal promise that occurred over a year ago when the vehicle was purchased. We have documentation throughout the purchase that we have since provided to the vehicle owner that does not mention this specific issue and clearly shows she had signed off on the final bill of sale stating nothing else was promised. Our sales manager Steve was alarmed at the initial posting of this review as you had tagged every single sales person and sales manager with 1* affecting their individual credibility, when not a single one of them was apart of your vehicle purchase, nor were most employed at Winnipeg Kia when this vehicle was purchased. Again, at this time the offer our General Manager extended to you personally still stands.

No you did not state once that you wouldnt diagnose and fix the issue. But the response is pretty clear when Steve klassen leaves a message thats pretty close to threatening on your answering machine to a CUSTOMER. It is not our fault that Winnipeg kia does not keep everything on documentation we were just coming back for what we were promised. But after receiving the language provided by the sales manager Steve klassen we refuse to even step foot on your property again. However, again the general manager obviously knows how to properly deal with customer issues, providing diagnostics and to fix the issue at no cost we refuse the offer as my wife now feels threatened. Steve klassen needs to change his attitude and possibly go to school.
